Great location, very clean, beautiful surroundings.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Has everything you need for your stay. The sauna was a real bonus and we enjoyed using it after a day of skiing. The deck and view are lovely. Beds are very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Incredible cabin experience!

This fully furnished cabin is unbeatable. Location is excellent. Snowbowl, hiking, biking, downtown, etc. are minutes away. We crossed a small field and had a entire national forest area to ourselves to play in snow. Amenities are top notch. Views, fireplace, kitchen are just a few of the highlights. We will definitely return.

not as expected

It was clean and well-stocked. The owners are easy to communicate with. The major issues were that the view of the mountains are completely blunted by acres of old trucks, barns, sheds, etc...looked like a junk yard in the backyard. Also there are all kinds of rules. You are not allowed to change the temperature and you are not allowed to change HDMI on TVs. Although there are TVs in the bedrooms, it's really hard to watch anything as a family. The one in the basement is not visible from the couch. The one in the family room is the size of a computer monitor. The internet would go out daily as well.

Beautiful property IF it had been ready for us.

We came to property around 7:30 pm so well after check in. We entered through the garage, the ONLY way allowed to enter, and came into the laundry room. There were dirty clothes and laundry everywhere including under garments, continued into the house and still laundry everywhere, dirty Kleenex, used hair brush on the kitchen counter, dirty counter tops, dead bugs, trash on the bathroom counters, no beds where made, a complete disaster. We were going to stay at this particular location due to the proximity to the house of the wedding for a family member which was to take place the next day. Needless to say we didn’t stay at the property which was a complete disappointment, instead we checked into a hotel of which due to our number of people we had to get two hotel rooms for two nights and wasn’t near as close to the wedding. I had a bad feeling from the get go with the lack of communication and with the property actually being serviced through Evolve then having to change date and increase the price due to COVID. With all that said it’s still a beautiful property in a nice rural neighborhood. Keep in mind that the property owner lives on property but just a different entrance; if I had read the fine print earlier on I wouldn’t have rented it in the first place, we like our privacy. We have been reimbursed from Evolve for the majority but I don’t believe we’ve been reimbursed the additional fees by VRBO.

Beautiful!

Beautiful property! Clean, comfortable and spacious. Perfect family get away (and anniversary celebration). Traveled with teens and they had their own space. Allowed us to disconnect, play games, eat together and reconnect with as a family. So nice to sit, talk and build memories. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property!

Spectacular views in spacious cabin.

Everyone in our group loved the cabin. We are planning another trip to stay again soon. The cabin is very spacious , quiet, and comfy. It was also a plus that it included shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, detergent for laundry and spices and condiments for cooking. Unfortunately, the bbq grill wasn't working. Overall, we had awesome stay.

Beautiful and Peaceful

We don’t have one bad thing to say about this beautiful home. The location is far enough out for the quietness of the country woods but close enough to get into town. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook at home. The basement was an extra bonus. Tricia was available when needed and super sweet. Thank you for having our family, we will be back!

Beautiful!

My girlfriend, her family and I loved this cabin. There was a total of 9 of us and we all slept so comfortably. The cabin was beautiful we were so in awe every day and we wanted to stay another night. It had everything we could ask for and more. we got this place because of how the pictures looked on the inside, we wanted that cabin feel and this place did not disappoint. The area was really quite and my girlfriend said one morning when she woke up she saw a deer! Owners were response when i had questions. They saw that I was struggling driving on the icy road and offered to teach me. Amazing, amazing! Would love to stay at this place again.

Beautiful and well managed property

Our family of 10 had a great stay at this luxury cabin. The owners have done an excellent job ensuring you have all of the comforts of home. Waking up to the view of the mountain every morning was icing on the cake. It’s not too far from Flagstaff and close to Snowbowl which is what we were looking for. Very enjoyable.

Awesome trip!

This location was absolutely beautiful! The cabin top notch and perfect for my family of nine! Close enough to town for easy runs to stores but secluded enough to have a great forest experience. The large windows offered perfect views of the mountains and the snow as it came down. The kids had a blast playing in the snow and riding down the improvised sled run the adults created. All in all a great Christmas trip and I would heartily recommend the property to others! The Lewis’ and Armentrouts

Wonderful place for our family to enjoy

The property and home were beautiful. We enjoyed the mountainous views and the spacious layout of the interior. Everything was very clean and homey. We spend a lot of time in the large basement playing cards as a family or out on the porch where there was plenty of room for all 8 of us to sit comfortably. We had a couple of questions during our stay, and the owners were kind, helpful and responded in a timely manner. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful home for their family and friends to gather.

Spacious and great views

Wonderful for our family of 10 including young children. Kitchen very well equipped and open to dining, deck, and living areas. Much enjoyed the decks early mornings and evenings with great mountain views.

Vacation 2019

This is a very nice cabin and location to stay while visiting all National Parks and Monuments in this area. We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for the thirteen (13) people involved.

Family fun near the Grand Canyon

We loved our stay at this beautiful house in the mountains. It had everything we needed for parents and kids alike. The views were stunning and the fireplace and fire pit were much appreciated.

Wonderful!!

This cabin was the perfect location for our staff retreat! It slept everyone comfortably and was the perfect hub for communing and relaxing. Super close to Snowbowl and close enough to town to restock groceries, and the mountain view from the double level porch was breathtaking. The hosts were wonderfully helpful as well! We would love to come again sometime!

Beautiful cabin in an ideal location for skiing.

We had 3 families in this cabin for skiing- plenty of space for everyone and perfect downstairs/game room area for the kids to play as well as outdoor, fenced in yard for snowball fights and snow play. We were very close to the mountain for skiing which was convenient. Ample supplies in the kitchen and bedding throughout, ran out of dish soap and propane but local contact brought some by the next day and were available for any questions we had. Definitely a place to keep on our list for future stays in the Flagstaff area. Thanks so much for such an inviting place!

Spacious Cabin with Unbelievable Views of the Mountain

We had a great experience in this cabin. Proximity to Snowbowl could not be better. Cabin was stocked with plenty of spices and utensils to cook any type of meal you would like. Steam shower/room in the basement was an added bonus. Cabin also had plenty of space and is well maintained. I would recommend this cabin to any family who is looking for a great place to stay while skiing.

BEAUTIFUL!

The home is amazing! Tons of room, fully stocked with everything you could need, great location, and absolutely stunning view of the mountains. Tricia was so responsive and so helpful with adjusting our scheduling due to the winter storm. She was wonderful and so friendly and welcoming! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Flagstaff Cabin

Went to Snowbowl first week of January 2019. Cabin was amazing, everything advertised and more. Most VRBO’s have salt and pepper Tricia has everything needed, very well equipped. Cabin is minutes from Snowbowl so after a great day skiing it is minutes to a roaring fire and glass of wine. We had the added benefit of 6-8 inches of snow on Sunday morning, which just added to the experience. My family just loved our weekend. George and Tricia...thank you for sharing your home and giving us a great experience. This could be an annual event.
