Newly renovated home on 1 acre lot with 100 ft of shoreline on Waverly Lake. Less than 45 mins from the Twin Cities and close to many small towns & conveniences.

Four bedrooms (1 king, 3 queen), 2 full bathrooms, AC, heating, WiFi, laundry, full kitchen and plenty of area to spread out. Smart TV & WiFi. Backyard is expansive and great for games.

SUMMER: Fish right off the dock. Wonderful fishing lake, so bring your boat! Favorite fish include: walleye, northern, crappie, sunnies & perch.

WINTER: Plenty of ice fisherman right outside our bay. Snowmobile trails are right next to our home and connect with the lake.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Waverly Lake

Interior newly remodeled and looks great.Perfect for our family grad get together since it has four bedrooms.Weather was not good, but cannot control it.Lake was really weedy and shallow so no way to fish off the dock.
