The only problem for us on this trip was we had a family group of 15. We normally cook in several nights because our grandkids don’t want to get ready to eat out. The kitchen wasn’t well stocked with decent pots and pans and the ones that are there have been abused.

Perfect location! We had three families (6 adults and 6 kids total), and did not feel crowded at all. The pool was perfect for cooling off. There was plenty of beach toys and beach chairs for us to use. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an emergency and the management company handled it perfectly. They were there on site immediately and cleaned everything up. There were a few housekeeping problems. We would definitely stay here again. We did have a great time.

Loved it!

Loved this house and location! There’s literally a sunsations right beside it and the beach is about a 3 minute walk if that. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

We had a wonderful time at Beach Please! The beds were comfy, the pool is a great size and it had everything we needed. Good location with a very short walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive!

The PERFECT place!

Hands down one of the best places/houses we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The location was great, perfect pool area, house was clean, spacious and beautiful! The owner had great communication and was extremely helpful in the booking and checking in process!

Water heater was out upon arrival had to take cold showers first night. The air conditioning went out the top floor got up to 87 (ended up getting it fixed ) all shower drains held water (ankle deep) no bathroom fans worked. No WiFi in the house all week couldn’t do work or watch TVs without using our hotspots from our phones. Ice maker didn’t make ice had to keep buying bags of ice all week. Horrible ant problem out back got multiple ant bites. And to end it all turned on the grill and the propane was spraying everywhere. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in our stay. Would really like a contact number so we can talk about a reimbursement

The location is awesome! The property is spacious. We had enough room for all 13 of us. The property managers replied in a timely manner and worked diligently to address any issues i had. I would definitely go with these people and this house again!

Overall experience was great, had lots of space for the entire family, property did have an ant problem on the outside patio area and by the pool area, Needs to be sprayed before new guest arrives. Back pool area had weeds grown up on steps and broken glass in and around the pool area. Would recommend the cleaning crew use a leaf blower to ensure everything is cleaned up and picked up for the next guest. The cornhole boards were broken, we made it work and still had fun playing it. Inside of the property was very clean. Few ants here and there. My niece found a surprise left over from a previous guest in the night stand in one of the rooms so we had to ensure her everything was clean. Other than that the stay was nice and relaxing. Would book again if we bring everyone down there again.

Location of this property is as close to perfect as you can get. The house was clean. Sleeping space was as described. Andy was excellent to work with. Highly recommend! Can’t wait until our next trip, we will for sure book again.

The house and location was what we wanted. However, the place didn’t appear to have been cleaned, problem with ants & roaches, shower/tub leaked and flooded floor, several light fixtures looked like they would fall at any minute, only one of two shower doors on master bath shower, (which new doors had been delivered and sat on the front porch for the entire week.) For the price that we paid, someone should have came and installed them days ago. Microwave door wasn’t attached very well which caused the microwave to not work. My family made the best out of the week but company needs to follow up to make sure things are getting taken care of and especially cleaned around there.

Awesomeness!!!

This was one of the nicest condos we have ever rented. The description was accurate, place was clean, pool was a great size, and the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Only complaint, just a little disappointed that the video game shown in picture was not there in the game room. Excellent communication, would definitely stay here again.

Great house for a large group

I had a group of 12 adults stay here and we all loved the house and had plenty of room! We never felt crowded and all had our own space. We didn’t have kids with us but if we had the bunk room would have been prefect for them and the game room an awesome bonus! The backyard was great and the distance to the beach is so nice! The hosts were excellent at responding and let us have an early check in which relieved a ton of stress on our arrival day. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone traveling with a large group.

We loved Beach, Please!

Just returned home from a week at Beach, Please with my parents and extended family. Ages 70-4 under one roof with plenty of space!! It is just as pictured. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Our family enjoyed hours in the pool! We were able to walk to the beach as well. Property owner was very responsive to any questions and we would recommend!

Beach Please!

House was a perfect layout for our family. Kitchen was well equipped with anything we could have needed. Coffee pot was working but the keurig side of it was not. Pool was really well maintained. We did notice a lot of ants on the patio around the pool but that didn’t stop the fun! Loved it and would highly recommend booking this property. So close to everything!
