This is a very nice place to stay well taken care of close to the beach on a quiet easy to find street. This was our second stay and we will be back!

It was a great stay! The location was perfect and the house was great for our entire family. We used the kitchen daily and it was well stocked for cooking. The back yard - pure paradise! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

Great Place for Family Vacation

We travelled from Houston to PCB, we had the greatest time there. House was perfect and the pool was a hit with the group. We couldn't have chose a better place to stay!

Perfect family vacation

There was something for everyone! The very short walk to the beach, the pool, restaurants, boat cruises….we were never bored. The fenced in back yard was great since we had smaller children as well as our sweet pet. The bedrooms were spacious and everything we needed was provided.

Beautiful maintain beach house

Lots of room good size pool a beautiful house in a perfect location. The managers were exceptional very helpful any trouble we had they took care of it right away. A short walk to the beach and the beach isn't crowded down by this house.

Great Vacation

Where can I start? If you’re looking at this property let me go ahead and help you out. Book it! The location is perfect, close to the beach and so much for fun for our group of 4 adults, 7 teenagers and a toddler. There was plenty of comfortable beds for everyone to get a good nights sleep. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need or want. Now for the best part, the backyard. As nice as the house is the backyard was the place we lived. Being that close to Thomas Drive you would think it would be loud outside. That’s simply not the case. I was pleasantly surprised at how peaceful the back yard was. We loved the pool. The kids absolutely loved it. It was so nice to be able to relax and not be crowded around a hotel pool with a bunch of people. They had everything you could possibly need for the beach provided as well. All in all this was hands down our favorite place to stay. Thank you so much for opening your home to us

Beach Side Paradise

Wonderful beach house. Immaculate and beautifully decorated. Comfy beds and great linens. The AC works great. The backyard and pool are amazing. Short walk to the beach and the covered parking is a plus. We will be back.

Fantastic stay, so close to the beach

We had 8 in our group with 4 teens that loved the bunk room. The pool was great when we wanted to get out of the wind and sun. The beach was so close we could make a quick walk. The house was stocked with everything we needed for the week. No issues and no suggestions.

Not what we expected

We were disappointed with our stay here. The bathrooms are small and need to be updated. There are sooo many rules on the property and in the house that we’re afraid to use anything. We had to buy our own toilet paper, garbage bags, and paper towels. The owner of the property was very rude. She interrupted me multiple times while talking on the phone. I’m sure she’ll have some comment trying to explain herself as she does on all the negative reviews. Overall not a great experience for our family.

Perfect home for holiday vacation

Our family had a wonderful time at the perfect beach house. The home's open floor plan and multiple living spaces makes it great for family gatherings. The beautiful backyard is enclosed and works great for your furry friends. And the short walk to the beach is a huge bonus for this must stay home.

Perfect location

We loved this place and location. It exceeded our expectations and we do plan to stay here again. Easy walk to the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded since we were just far enough way from the main strip.

Ocean Street Property

Everything was great with the property, from the managers to the property itself. It was a great experience. No complaints at all. Next time I use this property I will just make sure it doesn't fall on a bike rally week. OMG soo loud I had to wear earplugs to sleep at night!

Just book it

The house had everything we needed and more. It was really nice being able to bring our two dogs. The house was very clean and it was such a short walk to the beach. The weather was not the best when we stayed but the pool surely made up for it. The amount of parking is also a plus. Most places only let you park two vehicles so it was nice that everyone got to bring their cars to come and go as they pleased.The kitchen had everything we needed to cook as well as plates and utensils. The house is in a quieter area of Panama which was perfect for relaxing. It was a very easy drive to get to pier park and the busier parts of town. Communication with the host was excellent. We had the best time.

Jill and Tammy are sisters and co-owners of Ocean Breeze. We bought in Panama City Beach as we plan to retire there. We grew up in Birmingham AL and went to Auburn University. Our careers have taken us to California and Maui at the present time, but we love Panama City Beach and we plan to return.

As kids and young adults our family always came to Panama City Beach to vacation. We have always loved the beautiful white sand beaches, the emerald water and the quaintness of PCB. We have both traveled extensively and we still think PCB has the best beaches of anywhere.

We bought our home for the one level, beautiful brick and large backyard. There is a beautiful pool and privacy fence, a large screened in Florida room for spending lots of time outside and playing games. We liked the location as it very close to the beach, but also very close to most of the activities that PCB has to offer.
