Unwind in the cozy living room, complete with a warm fireplace, or head outside to the private backyard oasis, featuring a patio and grill—perfect for dining al fresco or relaxing under the stars.
Conveniently located just minutes from downtown, you'll be close to Omaha's best attractions, including vibrant dining spots, unique shopping experiences, and cultural landmarks. Whether you're here for a weekend escape or an extended stay, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and convenience.
*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.
Although we do not like fees to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
This unit is NOT pet-friendly. Failure to comply with the policy will result in a $300 fine.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
