This memorable high floor new condo is the perfect home base for your trip to Puerto Vallarta. With 1 oversized bedroom featuring a king sized bed with premium mattress and bedding along 2 bathrooms, both equipped with spacious showers along with hair dryers, guests will feel right at home. The additional living room space with a comfy futon provides the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The kitchen is full stocked. There are separate climate controlled A/C units in both the bedroom and living areas. The balcony is private, with recently added new comfortable seating, and features an expansive coastline view. The new tower in Harbor 171 offers a wide choice of pools along with a hot tub as well as gym access. A great place to call home base while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Wonderful

Spectacular views 24/7. Great condo layout at just under 1000 sq ft. Situated very close to grocery shopping, many great restaurants and short jaunt to the Malecon by bus or cab. We definitely plan to be back!

Great views

We enjoyed our stay here even though we felt it was missing some basics,but is brand new and we were the first guests.The property manager did his best to help us with anything we needed.Wonderful views,pools and helpful concierge.Not far from town and only 10 min walk to grocery store.

The condo was everything that was stated. The only thing was that they had not yet installed the clothes dryer.
