Perfect for small and large groups alike with amazing lake and mountain views, well-stocked kitchen with every tool needed to cook and entertain, pool/game table, wet bar with mini sink and mini refrigerator, 2 indoor wood-burning fireplaces, 1 primary suite with king bed with private bathroom, 1 bunk room with 2 queen beds (bunk bed) and 2 twin beds (bunk bed) and pack-n-play/crib, 1 queen bedroom, 1 queen/twin trundle bedroom, fire pit, wraparound deck, and 2 screened porches for dining alfresco and hot tub enjoyment.

-Baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs
-Pack N' Play
-Baby Monitor
-Indoor children's toys, including megablocks, kid binoculars, medium sized trucks/cars with track
-Video game system connected to living room TV, includes classic and newer games
