Absolutely spectacular views from the 12th Floor help make this 1 bedroom, 1 bath air-conditioned condo the perfect getaway! Located across from Lovers Key State Park right off the extreme south end of Estero Island, Lovers Key Beach Club 1208 has the best of both worlds - a panoramic view of both the Gulf and Bay and cozy, comfortable living space with a balcony large enough to relax watch the dolphins swim by and catch our world-famous sunsets. Heated pool and hot tub is outside. There is "Dolphin deck" patio with grills free to use. The building is wheelchair accessible with private common parking. There is also laundry machines and table tennis in the lobby. Pets are allowed for long term tenants after Board approval. Beach is private and connected to the Park beaches. Great for shelling, fishing, cayak exploring or just chilling on the beach.

Place was very clean. Only issue we had was that there is a major bridge project going on right next to the condo building. Very noisy at times. The owner was great and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this olace

I first discovered Lovers Key years ago and instantly fell in love with its quiet beaches, breathtaking sunsets, and the feeling of being surrounded by nature yet close to everything. I’m originally from Czech Republic but US citizen for three decades and when I’m not here, I enjoy traveling with my family, boating, camping, fishing, hockey games, cooking fresh seafood, or exploring local wildlife.

We love the place and it is our future retirement spot.

Hosting is my way of sharing this special place with others. I’ve recently remodeled the condo to make it bright, comfortable, and welcoming—so you can relax, recharge, and make your own unforgettable memories here.

This property is unique. It is located just on the beach on the Lovers Key next to Lovers key State Park island. Lovers Key, Florida, has a few things that make it stand out compared to other Gulf Coast beaches:
• Romantic history – The name comes from the fact that in the mid-1900s it was so remote, couples could only reach it by boat, making it a favorite “lovers’ hideaway.”
• Barrier island setting – It’s actually part of a chain of barrier islands, offering a mix of beach, backwater estuaries, and mangrove forests.
