A clean, comfortable house in an excellent location. Walking distance to numerous shops, eateries, and a grocery store. Loved our stay and would book it again.

The cottage had all the amenities that were listed. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. It was centrally located to shop, restaurants, UNM hospital, & doctors offices. The area isn't the greatest but we felt safe & secure with the fence & locks. I will be sure to rent this lovely home when we need to go to Albuquerque again.

The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. It was located in the perfect area because friends live close by as well as the college, airport, a fun brewery, and good restaurants. Within walking distance. Check in and out was simple. The listing was not as accurate as we hoped. The photo show a patio with a fire pit, and that wasn't available. It is the property of the next door VRBO. That was a big draw for us, so we were very disappointed we couldn't use it.

The house was clean. But, the reviews outside of VRBO were correct. The roaches & bugs come out at night. If that incident didn't happen it would be a decent property. Note: They did refund us but there was no compensation for the inconvenience of having to pack our belongings & relocating in the middle of the night. So consider this if you decide to book.

Overall, a lovely home and very comfortable. A few minor inconveniences of the in house broom breaking during a cleanup and the wi-fi not working during the last half day of the stay, but no significant impact. Host was very responsive to communications.
