The apartment is situated in a very quiet neighborhood on a dead end road with a circle at the end of it for cars to around so they can exit the road . You can walk to the beach from he apartment.

** Guests will have complete private use of the apartment during their stay**

This hidden gem has an open floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has a stylish design with a very comfortable living area. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub combo. Guests can walk to the beach and relax while enjoying the amazing view. It is nestled on a dead end street with a circle turnaround in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Cedar Point is only 9 miles away and Sports Force is only 5 miles away.

** Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. No partying, excessive noise, offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VACATION/GETAWAY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. VIOLATORS WILL WILL BE SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.

** Our city permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our home. The total number of guests permitted inside the condo at one time is 4guests.

The location and accommodations were 5 star. The small number of guests allowed cramped my family plans a little but I was able to find a very successful work around. I would like to stay here again later next year when my wife and I visit my Ohio family. Tami (manager/coordinator) was very straight forward and timely with her communications.

I feel like the pictures did not do this super cute and cozy home any justice. Outdoors was well manicured and indoors was very cute and cozy and had everything you think you would need. It was a super close walk to the beach and it was safe enough to sleep with the doors open. I could tell the hosts put so much thought and love into this home. They were attentive and the neighbors were nice as well.
