One bedroom studio apartment perfect for a couple or family with young kids. King size firm pillow top bed and full size futon, suitable for children. Fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Covered porch facing the beach which is just a few steps away plus a deck with lounge chairs. Unbeatable beachfront location and views. Kayaks and paddle boards included.
The apartment is centrally located and food and liquor stores as well as restaurants are walkable. However, we highly recommend renting a golf cart (buggy) to explore the island as well as adjoining Russell Island.
Spanish Wells is an historic lobster fishing community and there are no hotels or large resorts which helps to retain its charm. The are several good, casual restaurants where seasonal fresh catch is on the menu.
If you are looking for a laid back beach vacation, Spanish Wells is it!

Perfect for a couple

Everything was as stated in description. We would take our morning coffee and walk 50ft to our chairs by the ocean. Highly recommend for a couple. Fyi-The hosts offer accommodations if you have children.

A little piece of paradise

The section of white sandy beach is just ideal - there’s a sandbar that surrounds it and so it’s as calm as a swimming pool. Clean and right on the beach with everything I needed. I will definitely be back!

Paradise

We loved our stay; the water is clear, beautiful, with a protective sandbar which kept out anything like sharks, jellyfish, etc. Property manager, Vince, was so friendly and took time to talk with us about the area. Enough restaurants to go to a different one most nights. Car is not necessary unless you’re going to Eleuthera; just used a golf cart for the week. Wonderful vacation.

This is a great place to stay! Loved the view. Enjoyed walking the sandbar each day. Everyone involved with this unit is super nice and so quick to respond.

Super view and location

Beach Therapy was just what we needed. The location on the island was perfect and the unit was very nice. Loved the porch and the little outside seating area near the water was great for happy hour and morning coffee. The beautiful azure ocean in front of the unit was picturesque and the sandbar was perfect for taking walks. Met some very nice folks in the other units as well. Will be back to get some "Beach Therapy"!

COMPLETE RELAXATION

The property is exactly as it states. Quiet and peaceful with not much to do but lay on the beach and walk the ocean floor when low tide. You can see sea turtles, starfish, and a sting ray every now and then. The owners provide canoes and floats for your use. The studio isn't fancy but is nice and has everything you would need to enjoy the week. We ate out now and then but really preferred to cook up something small and eat out on the patio looking at the ocean. If you are looking for a busy, populated party place this is not the island for you. But if you are in need of some down time it is abolutely perfect!! Picture perfect!

Paradise in paradise

Beach therapy was exactly as described. Middle of the island and close to everything. The beach is incredible and right outside your door. This place is perfect. You aren’t going to find a better place in this location for this price. The bed was comfortable with very nice pillows. Everything we needed to cook out catch. Vince was a great host and a pleasure to have daily conversation with. He checked in daily to make sure everything was ok. Great property, great host and great beach. A+++ in my book. Thank you

Best Vacation Ever

If you haven’t heard about Spanish Wells then make it a priority to get to know this perfect vacation spot. Our week at Beach Therapy was outstanding and a big factor were the efforts of Vince and Lori to make our stay so special. The suite was spotless and when you first see the view from your windows you will know you have to come back. Getting there is part of the adventure as the airport in Eleuthera will send you back in time. The bonus is everyone is always so friendly.

Can't beat this location!

This is the perfect location! We rented the connecting unit Beach Retreat as well. The units were the cleanest of any rental we've ever been to. Lori and Vince are absolutely lovely! They met us at the dock and took care of our luggage. Lori reached out several times before our trip to make sure our arrival was seamless. The units are decorated so cute and have everything we needed. We think it's the best location on the beachfront. We can't wait to come back to this property! Great people and a great property!

Excellent place

Excellent place to stay. Just as advertised. Beachfront, easy to get around to other places on the island. Owners and management always available by phone to answer any questions. They set up taxis and water taxis coming and going.

Absolute tranquility

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at beach therapy. If you want to relaxe, this is the place to be. The communication with Lori is very easy and fast. We will definitively will come back with our children and grand-children for a beach family vacation

Just Right

Beautiful views on a quiet Island with friendly locals . If you’re looking to unwind and relax, this is it. The talking parrot that thinks he’s a goat is an added bonus. Vince and Lori are super and the conch salad is delicious.

Slice of paradise

My best friend and I live in different states. We try to do an annual BFF trip, but due to circumstances, it's been five years since our last. We chose Spanish Wells and Beach Therapy for the size and proximity to the beach (about ten steps). We weren't looking for something busy and touristy, just a beautiful, quiet place to rest, recharge, and spend some quality time with one another. That's exactly what we got. We spent several days reading, walking the beach, wading the shallows, kayaking. Lori kept us well informed on travel updates related to Covid, Lori or Vince checked in with us nearly daily to be sure we didn't need anything, and our visit was perfectly lovely. We would definitely return.

Perfect Vacation!

We had an amazing visit to Spanish Wells! The condo location was absolutely perfect. Central to everything you need on the island. The beach right outside your back porch is probably the most beautiful I've ever seen. You have to see it for yourself to believe it! From the initial planning stages to when we were leaving the island, Lori and Vince were so helpful! They helped to book our taxi/ferry rides, book our golf cart rental, get our luggage to the condo, schedule our Covid tests. Lori even asked me if there was anything that I needed that day from the grocery store because we were arriving after they closed. They made the process of traveling to a foreign country so easy! The condo was perfect for our family of 4(kids 8 & 6). It was very clean and had all of the amenities we could want or need. Everyone loved the beach. The kids played in the sand and took the kayaks out. They loved having the freedom to explore on their own and we loved being able to sit on the beach and watch them knowing they were safe in the calm and shallow water. We did several charters where my kids swam with/fed sea turles, swam with pigs, snorkeled with beautiful fish and got up close to huge starfish. It was the perfect COVID friendly family vacation! Thank you for helping to create such beautiful memories!

Small, friendly island with a fishing community vibe. Several nice casual restaurants and bars. Swim with the pigs, go fishing or beachcombing or just chill out with a book and cold drink.
