The property is accurately described on the site. We had more than enough room for everyone. Love the layout of the house and the community. We couldn’t figure out how to work the TV in the living room but with everyone being there it wasn’t missed at all. I definitely recommend this property. The host has great communication and responded in a timely manner to me in regard's to the questions I had before booking.

We had a great stay at this six-bedroom home in Solterra Davenport, Florida. Overall, everything was wonderful. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated all the extra amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the home.The host was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance, which made the experience even smoother. We truly enjoyed our time here and are very grateful for the accommodations.Would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing and well-appointed place to stay!

We Contacted the host regarding the TV as the signal kept dropping out and also the wifi with the same issues the host did contact us to say a contractor would be around the next day so we waited in but they didn’t come until two days later and the contractor was two young children so we just put up with the issues in the end as we didn’t feel this was right for them to deal with Also advised at the same time that the lanaiWas ripped but this was never repaired during our stay The kitchen was not very equipped for the party size and this also was an issue with the standard white towels as we had to keep washing them daily Overall the cleanliness of the villa was not great The outside bin was left with the previous occupants rubbish which wasn’t put in a liner and the contents was left to rot and was never Cleaned out We didn’t use the BBQ as it was left in a disgusting way Overall the villa could do with a refresh as grubby in many places

My family and I really enjoyed our time in Florida. The house was very nice,clean and cool. There was enough room for the family and one person in a wheelchair she could move around freely. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it as well. Everything was nice and I would stay there again.

It needs pots and pans, had to buy an opener and no tv remote in master bedroom. Also, one of the refrigerator shelves was broken and one of the counter stools is broken. Even though these items should be addressed, I still had a wonderful time.

We truly enjoyed staying here for Thanksgiving. The home was clean, and inviting. The home had all the necessary appliances and kitchenware we needed. Having 4 king rooms with bathrooms was a true plus. The home is close to all our shopping needs. Although the home don't have a game room we were able to keep everyone entertained. Only complaint some of my family had was there's no TV's in the rooms. Which turned out great, because the family had no choice but to be together and not hiding in rooms away from everyone else. All rooms were spacious. Loved being able to park in the garage. We will definitely book this property again.

Overall the home was very clean and enough for what we needed for our stay. Had very minimal cook wear, which is hard for a full house of people. Had issues with the main TV, I did get a response, but than it just stopped. We were in the area for my daughters wedding, we stayed at the house majority of our stay. One of the biggest issues, there was only a TV in primary and 1 kids bedroom. Like I said tv in living room wouldnt work and only 1 TV in loft. Makes it hard for blended guests. The other issue, parking passes (and I could have missed it) wasn't explained. We had troubles at the gate with a couple of our other guests and 1 guest was omitted off the list but was able to get it rectified before they arrived. I realize many people who rent the homes in the arar are there for the parks, but maybe adding more cook wear and tvs (and make sure they are working) would help out in future. I would reuse again if the opportunity arrises.

Family Vacation

This house was amazing and worth it. It catered to all of our needs. When asked how many cribs the house had, he said one and they went out and bought another one. We will definitely book this place again, when we return and will personally recommend to family and friends.

AC did not work and owner refused to fix it when repairman told him what the problem was. Internet was worse than dial-up. Towel and toilet tissue holders falling off walls. “Cleaning personnel” were still there when we arrived at 4:30 - check in was 4 - so we had to wait to get in. If you are coming from out of state, and plan on cooking, bring all your spices because they don’t even have salt/pepper. Fridge had missing door shelves. Vacuum was filthy & emitted a nasty stench. Mop was gross. Had to spray down pool deck so kids could walk on it. House is located just behind community pool, tennis courts, rec area, and the pool had loud DJs spinning inappropriate vulgar music so our kids couldn’t swim on those days. “Music” was so loud you couldn’t even hear each other talk. Other than that it was ok.
