Welcome to The Loft.
This is a stunning architectural upscale contemporary 1 bedroom/2 bath (plus add. foldout bed for small individual) loft space on two levels. It has lots of open space and natural light with 7 skylights! There are beautiful high end furnishings and artwork through out: Italian leather couches, stainless steel counter tops, glass back splashes, over sized steel patina sliding door and Italian lighting fixtures. This unique loft accommodates two individuals on one of the highest five star hotel quality king size mattress available, with a foldout single bed for a third guest (small adult/child).
Plenty of closet space with beautiful built in custom made maple dressers and desk. Enjoy high end or organic linens, towels and bath products through out with attention to every detail. There's free WiFi, iPod alarm clock dock, two premium large LG flat screen televisions, Bose sound mono speaker for your iPod and top of the line washer/dryer. You'll find a complete list of our favorite 'be a local' restaurants and spas. The bathrooms include ultra modern Italian fixtures, glass enclosed showers and a large bathtub with candles for your enjoyment. The kitchen appliances are stainless steel, and it is also fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans/accessories, coffee mugs, wine glasses and flatware, plus all counter top appliances. We are also happy to stock your refrigerator and pantry with your favorite food and beverages for an additional fee. Enjoy your morning coffee on the outdoor second floor patio deck in this light commercial setting. This space is very quiet, modern and has a clean look. Great for entertaining, hanging out in Santa Fe, solo pondering, and quiet romantic getaways. Invite your friends over for dinner (the dining room table expands to seat six). The artist works on the walls rotates (and sometimes sells and is not present).

You can walk to almost everything, and just a 5 minute drive to the Plaza or Canyon Road. It's a 9 min walk to The Railyard Park (the new gathering place for contemporary art, performance, farmers market, bar scene, music, picnic, food + the train to ABQ.). Just 19 min. walk to the happening Cowgirl Bar and a the massive cowboy boot selection at Double Take. Set in a light retail area, you're under a 10 minute walk to either Trader Joes or Whole Foods.
You're also just a few minutes drive away from the Santa Fe Ski Basin, Santa Fe Opera, Indian Market, Spanish Market, Arts and Crafts Market and hiking in the National forest.

Free onsite parking available. Two sets of stairs to access the living room then bedroom.

The wall artwork is rotated periodically and occasionally may not be present.

Wonderful Place to Stay in Santa Fe

Great location close to grocery stores and restaurants. It is very quiet and has a lovely balcony for eating outside. It's nicely furnished with new leather furniture. The loft is spacious and has high ceilings.

Fabulous apt!

We loved the apartment! We liked the open floor plan and modern design/decor. We also loved the location--it's within walking distance of Whole Foods, some great breakfast spots and several yoga studios. We will be staying here again next time we're in Santa Fe.

Great 2nd Stay

This was my second time to stay in this well located, contemporary Santa Fe gem. Access to Museum Hill as well as the city center are a few minutes away. Andrew's place is spotless and well equipped - and you are minutes away from Whole Foods, Walgreens and Trader Joe's. Great stay, will return again.

The Loft exceeded our expectations, even beyond the impressive pictures. Its location is convenient to many attractions, and the host was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations for restaurants and entertainment. We were delighted to find a bottle of wine and two glasses awaiting us upon arrival—such a thoughtful touch for toasting our stay. Truly modern style

Everything we needed and a great location

The place was clean and modern and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our teenage son slept on the convertible chair/single bed and it worked just fine for him. Loved the ease of parking right out front and everywhere we went was easy to get to. Communication with the host was fast and easy.

Week in Santa Fe

Our stay was excellent. We love the loft style home. It was hot and the swamp cooler is able to keep up and keep the humidity a bit higher than outside. There are a lot of places close by to get food and groceries. Very close to the rail yard and downtown. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a modern space close to everything.

Excellent Property

We had a wonderful stay at the Loft condo. Easy location close Santa Fe in the Railyards District. Ubers were easily obtained, and we found our way around town with no problem. The loft was very comfortable and convenient and we loved having the well equipped kitchen facilities to use and really appreciated lovely bottle of wine which was left for us by the owner. We would definitely return!

Contemporary Loft

The condo is very clean with a very modern contemporary aesthetic. It could use a second streaming device for the second upstairs TV so you can enjoy movies on apps on both TV's, but otherwise I was very pleased with the unit. It's location is ideal, and very convenient. The area is very quiet with little to no traffic. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place nearish walkable areas

Light and airy condo nearby town. It is well decorated and quiet. Bed was comfortable (although the sheets were annoying and didn’t fit the bed well). The kitchen is nice, although could have more varied set of cooking utensils (no measuring cups). Overall, it’s a very nice condo close to town and for a great price. Walkable to lots of great restaurants and grocery stores.

Excellent place for R&R and to bask in a bit of luxury.

We had a short get-away for 6 nights and had never been to Santa Fe before. To say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this loft would be to understate our time there. The condo is fabulous and decorated to a very high standard - everything worked flawlessly. We've traveled the world over a lifetime of adventure and were delighted to return each day to this beautiful space. What future visitors will experience is exactly as written up in the review. If the opportunity arises in future to visit Santa Fe, and I believe it will, we would without a doubt stay here again.

Super-fabulous contemporary

This loft is a jaw-dropper. The pictures only slightly reveal it's magnificence. It is filled with sunlight and dressed out in stylish, modern furniture and amenities. Perfect space for two to use as a home base while exploring scenic and beautiful northern New Mexico. We have used VRBO for years, and even though have stayed in some impressive places, we've never revisited a previous rental. This place changes that. We can't wait to book it again for a return trip next year!

I've used Homeaway for years now and this was definitely my best stay.

In short, the home is elegant, well appointed, clean, conveniently located, and contemporary. Often, homes are not as advertised but this loft exceeded my expectations. Parking was plentiful and free, The bed was comfortable, all incidentals were readily found and provided by the owner. My only criticism is that the refrigerator conked out on us, that should either be replaced or definitively repaired. Thanks for raising the bar and setting a new standard. The gauntlet has been thrown folks!

Beautiful, Clean, Spacious, Great Location

I live near Santa Fe , NM and use this loft as a home away from home and to accommodate my friends and clients when they come to Santa Fe. The location is central, yet quiet. Several good restaurants as well as yoga studios are within walking distance. The Lofts complex is well designed and the owner has done a fantastic job of remodeling the interior with attention to details like italian furniture, contemporary art, extremely comfortable mattress, beautiful bathrooms, linens, a gourmet style kitchen, and a little outside patio with great sunset views. Being a loft, it is an open concept, main sleeping, tv, bath #1, washer /dry top floor. Living area / kitchen bath #2, tv #2 and pull out bed on the middle level, entrance on ground level. It is nice being above the ground level. The entire space feels like 1500+ square feet but I am not sure. I travel a lot and this is the kind of place I wish I could have everywhere I go.

Home away from home

I had a wonderful stay at the Loft. As I was going to be in Santa Fe for about a month, I wanted to find an apartment that was convenient (close to e.g. wholefoods, yoga studio, the town, good restaurants), with good lighting and a good kitchen. The loft was all that and more! It had a lovely balcony and was situated in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. I looked forward to spending time at the apartment and cooking in the kitchen! Importantly, Andrew was especially helpful and patient. When I needed help (e.g. with a package) and / or when I thought I had problems with the TV (there was no problem with the TV at all and I felt silly for asking for help!), Andrew was there promptly to check and help sort things out. Home is back in Asia for me so it was a huge relief for me to have a landlord like Andrew who was approachable and attentive. Everything was so well organized and the apartment was in such a great shape. Thank you Andrew! I look forward to staying at the Loft again!

Fabulous to the tiniest of details

Wow! We arrived at our rental with perfect instructions from Andrew. The condo was immaculate. When we walked up the stairs, a bottle of wine was waiting for us on the kitchen bar with two glasses. The refrigerator had two bottles of water. The stained concrete floors (which I love) felt heated and cozy. Andrew has an exceptional water filtration system that allowed us to drink the tap water. Upstairs in the loft, the bed was comfortable. Guess what? There are skylights everywhere! If you didn't like them, they were easy to close. But, we chose to keep them open. In the middle of the night when I awoke, I looked up and saw the same starlit sky that I imagine Georgia O'Keeffe saw. Clear. Endless. Not fully knowing the area, I didn't initially realize how CLOSE the condo was to everything a tourist might want to experience. The small complex cleverly includes commercial space on the first floor and residential on the second. This made the stay very quiet and relaxing. We had our well-behaved 5 year old with us. She slept in the convertible twin bed just yards away from us. Andrew had perfect instructions on how to convert the sleeper and luxurious sheets to accommodate us. The bathrooms were beautiful. The pictures do not do this property justice. With a FULLY stocked kitchen (Caphalon pots and pans, excellent utensils, and a gas stove top), we enjoyed many meals "at home." I look forward to returning in the summer when we can enjoy the awesome deck begging for board games, wine drinking, and long talks. Andrew's spot-on restaurant recommendations and his helpful pre-vacation information were invaluable. Many people ask me how do I know whether a home away property is right for them. I tell them the REVIEWS! That is why I'm writing this review. You cannot go wrong with this property.

A great spot- a great host.

We have been visiting Santa Fe for 30 years, so know just about every square inch of town. These lofts are very very well located near every part of downtown area. It’s a new building with great furnishings and appliances etc etc. Special kudos to Andrew( host) who could not have been more helpful( and it was Christmas week). Superb.

Great vacation spot!

Absolutely lovely

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this ultra modern condo unit. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, the deck was the perfect place for an evening meal or afternoon book reading. The bed was supremely comfortable and the whole place was designed artfully. The only disappointment was a broken shade and a noisy ac, but we didn't need the ac anyway.

Excellent vacation getaway

My husband and I spent a long weekend here with our small dog. The loft was clean and had excellent amenities. We loved the location; easy walking distance to many great food options. The recommendations from the host were top-notch. While great for us (two adults and a small dog), the stairs, concrete flooring, and loft setting might make it difficult for those with small children or accessibility issues. Strongly recommend!
