Casa Linda: Elegant Desert Mountain Vacation Home

Tasteful interiors, sweeping desert and mountain vistas, memorable sunsets and the changing colors of the day, as well as starry night skies, make just being there a pleasure.

The many living areas and well distributed spaces make it cozy for small groups but also very suitable for large groups. It is great for family gatherings and reunions of friends because of the large expandable dining room table, which makes it also good for celebrating special occasions.

It is a real home away from home with a well-equipped kitchen, good WIFI reception and an excellent selection of books and DVDs. There are two living rooms and two TVs, which can be useful if children are part of your group.

Artists, academics and nature lovers find it a beautiful and peaceful place to work in and relax. Check out our reviews for how positively our guests react to our home.

The moderate elevation (4800 feet) avoids extremes of temperature all year round: summers are never too hot and winters are never really cold.

This house is even more beautiful than the photos! It is so spacious, clean and comfortable. The setting is just lovely and this is probably the cleanest home we have ever rented.

We had such a great stay at Casa Linda! The house was super clean and comfortable, beautifully kept, and the desert views were gorgeous. Loved the quiet mornings and evenings on the patio. The property owner, Paola, was extremely accommodating and pleasant to work with. Everything was easy from start to finish—would definitely come back and I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

It was wonderful! The scenery is beautiful and it's so private where we were. The patio is lush with plants and the beds comfortable and plenty of seating for everyone.

This was an amazing property. Secluded enough for privacy and quiet reflection, but close to Oracle and Tuscon. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Saw a deer in the backyard, many, many, many hummingbirds and various bunnies and quail. Great communication with the owners. Would definitely recommend this property!

Aravaipa adventure

We were so happy with the beautiful setting, privacy, peace and quiet and desert landscape and the grand house. It was an immaculate house and the large great room and comfortable bedrooms with views of bird feeders from every room. The Arizona room with plants and trees was gorgeous. This is the Nicest VRBO house I have ever rented! I would highly recommend it!Pam and Sue

Tranquility in Oracle

My husband & I stayed at Casa Linda for 2 months & found it to be a very peaceful and relaxing place to return to at the end of our days. The home was very clean, safe, well equipped & comfortable not only for us but also for friends & family who visited us throughout our stay. Communication with the property owners was excellent and the people who cleaned, collected garbage & answered questions were welcoming & supportive during our stay. The location is a short distance outside of Oro Valley & Tucson but provided us with just the small town atmosphere we enjoy. The dark skies, hikes to the Oracle Ridge Trail & wildlife were amazing. We were close to the Huckleberry Trail and 2 state parks, both of which afforded a different beauty & experience. During our stay at Casa Linda we began to call it home each day and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there in the future should we return to the Tucson area.

Oracle AZ best property

Not the newest or most fancy but everything and more that you need. Nothing I saw in Oracle is located as well or as nice. Great for park access and fr the gravel riding I was looking for.

Beautiful, peaceful property

The home is located on a quiet road on a beautiful large property. More than enough space for our family of 3 to stay. Everything was clean and in great order. Amenities included a fully stocked kitchen which was appreciated. Enjoyed seeing Javelina on the property at night, and an abundance of Quail and Cardinals throughout the day. Highly recommend

A Wonderful House in a Wonderful Little Town

We stayed at Casa Linda for the month of March, 2024. The house is beautiful and very spacious. It is as solid as the surrounding mountains. The furnishings are comfortable and pretty. There are lots of windows for watching wildlife and there is a lot of wildlife to watch. We have never stayed in a house that is as well equipped as Casa Linda. The hosts have thought of everything you will need and many things you didn't realize you needed. It's amazing! The house is well managed and clean. When we had a question we texted or called the house manager and received an almost instant reply. The town of Oracle is charming with some nice restaurants and a little market that sells the most amazing foods! The drive to Tucson is not bad if you can miss rush hour so visiting attractions there is not an exhausting drive. The area around Oracle is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Linda and would recommend the house to anyone.

Peace and quiet with quaint dining opportunities nearby. Nearly every amenity you could possibly think of was provided. Many scenic byway drives afforded some wonderful day trips and picnics.

Beautiful and Serene

The property location is quiet with natural landscaping. The facilities were comfortable and spacious. The women didn't stay long during the days, but the beds were cozy and ample. We will book again!

You will feel like a king

We had a job in area had 4 guys up there. First time I ever got a text thanking me for such a great place to stay. I was told so nice and beautiful felt like kings staying in the home. The access was easy, clean, and just over all great experience. Communication before for any details was great and would recommend to anyone.

Oasis of calm in private setting

We wanted quiet, privacy and a home that was pleasant and beautiful and this was ideal. Full, outfitted kitchen allowed us to cook together. Our dog is used to complete quiet so this end of the road location was ideal. 50 minutes drive to most things in Tucson . Javelinas and quail visited often, dark skies perfect for stargazing. Attentive management. Patio Cafe & Market nearby provides truly fabulous meals and gourmet groceries, we were daily customers!

Beautiful Oracle Home

Enjoyed our stay, we have been here multiple times before. Appreciate the flexibility for check in after our flight was cancelled. Great private location. The fire place is amazing and great place to enjoy nature.

The photo was taken on our property in March 2012: our immediate neighbors are these lovely horses that belong to a lady who rears them for an organization called 'Little Hooves & Big Hearts'. It gives children and seniors with special needs an opportunity to improve their physical and emotional well-being through interaction with purposely trained miniature horses. Their horses are a pleasure to have so close to us.
