The house claims that there was no reservation. The people at Vrbo confirm that I absolutely had a reservation. I had nine people and we had no place to stay. He traveled from the USA to Costa Rica and our first night we had no place to stay. Very terrible

Horrible la experiencia de estar en Costa Rica y el dueno de la propiedad no respondia y nos encontraos en la calla. Gracias a Verbo que despues de varias llamadas resolvio pero la experiencia fue horrible.
