Marquis location, close to the best Fort Myers and Sanibel/Captiva Islands has to offer. Condo layout is spacious and comfortable. Country Club Amenities include Clubhouse, Community Pool, Exercise Room, Golf Course, Putting Green, Restaurant, Sidewalk, Tennis

What makes this property unique

You will love the lanai, with special screens to keep out even the tiniest pests. Entire unit has been remodeled in early 2023. Mast bedroom has walk in closet. You will feel like royalty staying here!
