Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any undisclosed pet will result in an extra charge of $50 being added. Emotional / therapy animals are not considered service trained and require fee
Use the basement ONLY during inclement weather. The steps are steep and may pose an issue, Children must be accompanied at all times.
No pets unattended unless they are safely crated while you are away. No pets on furniture, including sofa, chairs, bedding etc. Pet towels provided.

My family and I had the best time stay. The host kept a very clean home and made is feel welcome throughout our trip. Even before our stay, they were great at communicating and answering all questions so quickly. We told them in advance that were in town for the IMCA Super Nationals and they really personalized our stay to make us comfortable. Example, they left us cab information for that particular event on the desk in case our group needed contact info for a safe ride home. Overall, the house was clean and feltnlike a home away from home. We would definitely stay again.
