INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:

- We maintain the pool at 70 degrees. If you’d like it warmer, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Pool (85) heat is available for $35/day or $225/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). Please note the pool system will not operate at full capacity when Air Temp is 50 degrees or cooler. No pool heat refunds will be offered based on weather conditions. Please let us know if you’d like to add heating or if you have any questions!

- Guests are welcome to use the grill free of charge. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.

- Kid friendly! Complimentary children’s amenities; Pack N Play, stroller, highchair, and safety gate

- We provide free itinerary guides designed by locals for families or adults. You will be able to download them when you book with us.

- Dogs are allowed and must be authorized by the Host. No Cats or other animals. Pet Cleaning & Sanitation Fee added per pet.

We had an amazing stay! The pool was excellent and the perfect size for little ones it was such a highlight of our trip. The location couldn’t have been better, right between all the major activities and attractions. Communication with the host was speedy and seamless from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay again!

Location for us was key and it was perfectly located for Seaworld and Animal Kingdom. Neighborhood was also nice and we felt safe, secure. However, one of the community gaits wasn't working to scan the bar code, so you simply pressed the call button and they would raise the gait without inquiring further.
