Beautiful Lakeside Home with a view of Lake Erie, across from Bettinger park and Steele Memorial bandstand.

This home was remodeled in 2025; it created an ADA compliant cottage with a ramp along the North side to accommodate wheelchairs. This home sleeps 14 and features an open concept first floor, with living, dining and kitchen sharing the front of the cottage. There are 3 bedrooms at the rear, along with an ADA compliant bathroom, a laundry room and powder room. The back door opens onto a charming deck with grill and seating.

The second floor offers two bedrooms and a sleeping porch. You will also find a TV room and a spectacular Sunroom/game/craft room with a view of the lake. This room is also accessible via a staircase off the back deck. The second full bath includes a claw foot bathtub and separate walk-in shower.

First floor bedrooms: 1. Queen bedroom with a wheelchair accessible door: 2. Two twin beds bedroom 3. Antique double bed bedroom

Second floor bedrooms: 1. Sleeping porch with 4 twin beds; 2. Antique double bed bedroom; 3. Two twin beds bedroom
