Cozy studio apartment conveniently located in Penfield, NY. Close to 590 and a short drive from the city of Rochester. You can expect a quiet stay in this historical landmark apartment. Apartment comes with private garage with remote door opener.

Apt 6 is in the front of the building in the upper corner with windows on each exterior wall. Plenty of natural light throughout.

You will be able to access all shared hallways and laundry. No one can access your space except you.

Dedicated fiber internet per apartment. This apartment has a wired ethernet connection available by the TV. All guests are important to us and we want to assure the comfort and safety of every guest. The shared spaces are thoroughly cleaned regularly and we have a medical grade air cleaner stationed in the main hallway of the first floor to assure all guests experience a clean air-allergy free environment. Apartment 5, 3 and 1 have exterior entrances. Please contact us regarding your needs.

The apartment’s kitchen and bath were well appointed. There was a nice basket of snacks to welcome me. The chair with ottoman was very cozy. Everything was clean when I arrived and it was warm. It was a comfortable 2 week stay. There was a minor issue with the television display, but most people would probably not be using it much anyway. It was an intermittent issue. The owners said they would be replacing it after my stay. With Ethernet outlet I was able to continue working without interruption. Overall, it was a lovely stay. The review asked about my skiing experience and would not let me submit without answering this question. I did no skiing. Unfortunately I had to work.

Great location and accommodations

Highly recommend this well appointed studio apartment. Were there for a school reunion and was very conveniently located to everywhere I wanted to go as well as the airport.
