This is my second time staying in Katra’s home for my son’s boxing tournament. As always, she is very understanding & I appreciate how flexible she is! Home is always clean, rooms were comfortable. Looking forward to staying here next year.

Our stay was amazing, we would definitely rent again! The owner was very responsive to questions we had and while the house looked small, it was big enough for our family of 9 to be comfortable. The home was very clean and well maintained and came with everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and near shopping and restaurants.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at this property. The house was extremely clean and tidy. The host was very responsive in our conversation. This will be our new spot when we visit Jacksonville again.

This property knock us off our feet! I will and have recommended this property to any and everyone. The memory foam mattresses on the beds tuck you in and cradle your body like a Baby. I don’t think I’ve slept this well in my own home.This home is a precious gem.

So clean & cozy!

My family & I stayed here for one night & I was immediately impressed on how clean Kayla’s home was. I appreciated the small details like coffee & tea. She was also very flexible with check in & check out times! I would definitely come back again whenever my son’s boxing tournaments take place in Jacksonville.

The home was very clean and comfortable. The host communicated rather quick after advising we did not receive the access code at check in time. While the home was nice and we felt safe (Police officer lives nearby), there were some minor issues. Bathroom handsoap was mixed with water, no extra toiletries,(toilet paper rolls were low) bedding ( no extra linen for children accidents) or laundry soap available(less than a cap full). Otherwise wiuld have rated a 5 as these things matter when traveling with children.

The house was beautiful very spacious. My boys enjoyed having their own bedroom. We liked the washer and dryer so we can do our laundry before heading back home. The only thing that caught me off guard was when my boys and I were walking out an suv pulled up and yelled to us, “your late leaving. Im supposed to be here at 11a” I responded no ma’am my checkout is at 12p. But then thought about it and said she’s late herself to clean if she’s supposed to be here at 11a. Other than that it’s a nice home and very close to many different stores.
