Welcome to 360 Snowberry Loop, a luxurious, newly built home in Suncadia Resort. Boasting ample space and modern design with four-bedroom suites. Take in the stunning mountain ridge views from the comfort of the spacious living area or from the outdoor space surrounded by tranquil forest. This home away from home gives you access to all resort amenities just minutes away from the Swim and Fitness Center, Glade Spring Spa, and dining at the Lodge and Inn and both Prospector and Rope rider golf courses.
This home features an open concept layout with modern comfort and a great room, kitchen, and dining area that make gathering and conversations easy between rooms. The great room comfortably seats eight around the stone fireplace and large TV. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances including gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. There is room for six at the dining table with additional seating for six at the island.
Step outside to the covered patio with built-in heaters, patio fire table with seating for four, dining table with seating for six, and private hot tub. Additional amenities include a gas BBQ, six adirondack chairs to gather around the large firepit: the perfect formula for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors and spectacular view.
