This Livingston Manor house boasts 3 inviting bedrooms with a nice queen bed, charming full bed, and lovely twin bed. With 3 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests can relax and refresh after a day of exploring.

The almost 2 acre backyard with its stone walls, garden lawns and forest is the perfect place to meet with friends or family or relax after a day of fly fishing, exploring or visiting town. The 45 foot back deck is the perfect place to grill or relax in the evenings. We offer a fire pit with Adirondack chairs as well as a front porch for taking in the sunset. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at “The Lady Kingfisher”..

Hannah, the host, was wonderful. She was always available for any questions and even gave us the option to swap out weekend if we needed to do so due to snow. The house is spacious, quiet and clean. Will definitely be back.

Great relaxing spot for hanging with friends

We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband’s birthday at Hannah’s property in Livingston Manor. There were plenty of places nearby for my husband to fish with his friends & my daughter and I had a great time playing in the yard. It had pretty much everything we needed to make some great meals and relax. Thank you so much!
