Guests have access to the entire home and property, with the exception of the living room closet and the garage.

The property is very well situated as a base for Catskills adventures! It's clean and well-maintained. The grill worked like a charm and the firepit was great for relaxing and making smores. The EV charger was clutch - it charges at a steady 7 kW, so we were able to keep car topped up even after long mountain drives. We recommend this spot for anyone who needs a place from which to explore Catskills with their family.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The space was super clean, kitchen had lots of helpful things like oil and spices, and the outdoor spaces were a dream! There was tons of firewood for us to use for both the indoor and outdoor fire spaces too. The most peaceful little oasis. We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely property conveniently located to the main reason for our stay which was a concert at Bethel Center for the Arts. Host was very responsive and great to work with. Lovely outdoor area right on the water. Would visit again.

Wonderful stay

This little property is a true gem. It's very close to Livingston Manor, yet very quiet. The lawn leading to the creek is just beautiful with the fire pit and lounge chairs. Inside, the kitchen has everything you need, and board games and and the wood stove make for cozy evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This was an awful experience! This one went bad quickly. Check in was fine but he wanted an extra 50 for early check in. Decided to pass. Got there, The pots /pans and utensils were filthy with old food stuck on them. We made dinner then discovered the kitchen sink was clogged. Called the owner and he said he would have someone out the next morning. So we were stuck with a load of dirty dishes and no sink. About 9:00 pm a plumber showed up. Worked for two hrs only to find it was “something more major”. Next morning we left for the day and came home wanting to make dinner but the plumber didn’t show up and sink was still clogged. Had to go out for dinner again. Plumber showed up around 6:00 and worked for another 2.5 hrs to fix the plumbing. So we had no usable kitchen for the first 2 days. The owner basically said tough luck…no compensation or reduced rate(except a 100 future credit to help cover the meals we had to eat out.)Besides the plumbing, the sheets and towels were threadbare and cheap. The floors are sagging and felt like you could fall through them in the bedrooms. The back yard, while beautiful was not mowed so lots of bugs, making it uncomfortable (almost impossible) sit out there. Could have been much better if the owner handled it better. Not having use of the kitchen for two out of five nights deserves some compensation or a reduced rate. Stay away from this place. There are too many better options!

Beautiful!

Cottage was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The outdoor space was so relaxing. My son played in the creek for hours, rested in the swing, and loved being outside. Jonathan was helpful and communicative. Great location. Perfect weekend break!

We enjoyed our weekend get away at this lovely, cozy cottage. The location was perfect! The cottage is clean and well stocked. We plan to return in the spring so that we can enjoy the backyard. The host is very responsive and wants to make sure everything is just right.
