Whether you're whipping up a quick snack or preparing a fantastic feast, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. After a day of exploring, unwind in the cozy living room with your favorite board game and the comforting sound of a crackling wood-burning fireplace.

Enjoy your morning coffee or a good book beside the scenic stream in the backyard, surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature. Conveniently located near many popular country attractions, this charming retreat is truly a hidden gem.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home and property, with the exception of the living room closet and the garage.

Other Things to Note

Dogs are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Absolutely no heavy-shedding breeds will be permitted. Violation of this policy may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Cats are not permitted.

This was our second stay here and we enjoyed it again! The cottage has everything you need and is cozy and inviting and warm even when the snow made a surprise appearance. The little stream behind the cottage is just idyllic and perfect for kids to explore.

Staying here was a wonderful experience. The home being clean to the comfort of the couches there is nothing else I could have asked for. The outdoor area was beautiful to be in and was loveley to walk around.

The property is very well situated as a base for Catskills adventures! It's clean and well-maintained. The grill worked like a charm and the firepit was great for relaxing and making smores. The EV charger was clutch - it charges at a steady 7 kW, so we were able to keep car topped up even after long mountain drives. We recommend this spot for anyone who needs a place from which to explore Catskills with their family.

This was our second stay here and again did not disappoint. We love this home, the house is clean and comfortable with everything you could need. The river out back with the fire pit is beautiful and every day we relaxed by the fire inside. Looking forward to the next time we stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The space was super clean, kitchen had lots of helpful things like oil and spices, and the outdoor spaces were a dream! There was tons of firewood for us to use for both the indoor and outdoor fire spaces too. The most peaceful little oasis. We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely property conveniently located to the main reason for our stay which was a concert at Bethel Center for the Arts. Host was very responsive and great to work with. Lovely outdoor area right on the water. Would visit again.

We stayed to do some fly fishing on the local rivers and this place accommodated our stay perfectly. Looking forward to booking it again in the future.

Wonderful stay

This little property is a true gem. It's very close to Livingston Manor, yet very quiet. The lawn leading to the creek is just beautiful with the fire pit and lounge chairs. Inside, the kitchen has everything you need, and board games and and the wood stove make for cozy evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Nice trip

This is a nice, clean spot with a lovely setting. We had a lot of rain, unfortunately. We struggled with the coffee maker, but other than that everything was excellent.

A great stay

A tiny bit cold in the winter with just the heat pumps, but the wood burning stove was a really nice touch! Very clean and well maintained.

Beautiful!

Cottage was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The outdoor space was so relaxing. My son played in the creek for hours, rested in the swing, and loved being outside. Jonathan was helpful and communicative. Great location. Perfect weekend break!

Cute little cottage

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Foliage was at its peak and views were gorgeous. Visited the Warwick Valley Winery (about 1.5 hrs away) and had the best hamburger EVER. Visited Woodstock, which is about 30 minutes away.

Cute and Comfy Cottage

We enjoyed our weekend get away at this lovely, cozy cottage. The location was perfect! The cottage is clean and well stocked. We plan to return in the spring so that we can enjoy the backyard. The host is very responsive and wants to make sure everything is just right.
