Close to a variety of shops, restaurants, & bars nearby. Washer and Dryer are available for use on site. Accommodations (1 – 7 Adults, but 8 if requested) 3 Furnished Bedrooms. First Floor, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Full Bed. Both rooms have ceiling fans. LARGE Full Length Mirrors ( huge feature during Derby Time! ). Dresser and closets to hang clothes. Luggage racks. Live Plants.Second Floor. 1 Queen Bed. Room is large enough to fit an additional double bed blow-up mattresses for major event in the city such as Thunder Over Louisville, Derby, Louder Than Life, or Bourbon and Beyond. Ask host for more details when planning your trip. Motion lights in stairway. 2 large closets. Additional blankets. Fire Escape Ladder for emergencies. Full Bathroom. Neighbors up late with kids. Neighbor’s dog barks when outside. Trains shake house and right next to airport. The house is adorable and the host was very nice.

The beds were comfortable and clean. However, the floors were dirty and needed swept and there was a lot of cob webs and just overall dusting that could have been done. The couch was not comfortable and hard to relax after our kids had all gone to bed. The upstairs room was loud due to the trains/planes and having the windows open since there had to be air conditioners in the window. The neighbors were very loud with a woman yelling at 1 am on Friday and then kids playing in the yard at 1 am on Saturday night. The neighbors had a dog barking constantly in the afternoon during our kids nap time on Saturday as well, but was the only time we heard it. Overall, we would find somewhere else to stay next time, even though the house was in a good location.
