No need to remove used bedding -our cleaning team will take care of it. Please place used towels in the laundry room
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely NO SMOKING or PETS ALLOWED in the house at any time.
Trash is collected every Wednesday. Please place the toter at the curb after 5:00 PM on Tuesday.
Recycling is picked up on the following Wednesdays only: June 4, June 18, July 2, July 16, July 30, August 13, August 27, September 10, September 24.

Spacious new build with all the amenities!

Our family of five, three adults and two teenagers needed to have a quick beach getaway! We started our search and the first place on the search that met all our needs was Summer Breeze! Having two master suites provided my wife and I with ample space away from the kids on the first floor (1 king) while my sister was able to have her own suite opposite side of the kids upstairs (2 full size beds). With the additonal bedrooms being mirror images of each other it removed the convo from the kids complaining someone got the bigger room. The house has all of the wonderful sitting areas for everyone to enjoy themselves, together in the family room or relaxing in the loft in the recliners! Having ample seating for dining options was great, breakfast at the long bar top or dinner in the dining room. One of the more enjoyable spaces, for me was the screened in porch. The only downside was that I didn't see any deer walking past our porch in the evening with my glass of wine. Its roughly a 10-12 minute drive to the Bethany Beach boardwalk (center of it all). The house has plenty of towels and the perfect beach blanket that dries quickly. Having the pool across the street made for a wonderful late afternoon swim to settle yourself from all the beach sun!There's several restaurants within a 10 minute drive in all directions, along with grocery stores a liquor store.We enjoyed our stay so much we tried to talk my sister into buying in the neighborhood!Thanks enjoyable weekend!
