Our prime location just minutes from the magic of Disneyland! Home was fully remodeled with new LVP floors, paint, bathroom vanity with bidet.

Whether you're traveling with friends or family, this spacious 1300 sq ft home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. With two bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a cozy living room, you’ll enjoy all the comforts of home with a touch of elegance. Our consistent SuperHost status every quarter speaks to the exceptional experience awaiting you here!

-Spacious 1300 sq ft Unit: 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, dining for 6, living room, and a bathroom with a brand-new shower and vanity.
-Master Bedroom: Queen bed, dresser, nightstand, and closet for ample storage.
-Second Bedroom: Queen mattress and desk, offering a lovely view of the main street.
-Fully Stocked Kitchen: Includes a new fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker, complete with coffee, creamer, and sugar.
- Kitchen Sink Faucet has CuZn UC-200 Water filtration system for drinking ( USE COLD ONLY )
-Living Room: Enjoy a 65" smart TV, a couch with a queen hide-a-bed, and extra bedding in the master closet.
-Heating & Cooling: Mini-split units in the living room, kitchen, and both bedrooms (total of 4).
-Washer/Dryer: Conveniently located on your private back patio.

This home is powered by clean solar energy and a reliable battery reserve, giving you uninterrupted comfort no matter what. Even if the neighborhood goes dark, your stay stays bright—steady power, smooth Wi-Fi, perfect climate control, and every essential running without a hitch.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-While you enjoy your stay, please refrain from parking on the sidewalk, and make sure to pull up sufficiently to allow space for pedestrians.
- Parties/Events: To maintain the tranquility of our neighborhood, parties or events are not permitted. The home enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500.
-Regarding early check-ins or late check-outs, please be mindful of the $50 rush cleaning fee, designed to accommodate your request, contingent upon staff availability. To ensure consideration, kindly submit your requests at least 24 hours in advance.
- Quiet Hours: Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time. Noise complaints could lead to cancellation and eviction.
- Occupancy: The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. The number of people on the property must not exceed the confirmed guests on your reservation. This policy is in place for your safety and insurance purposes. Any people more than this, will be charged $65 per any extra guest per night past 4, AND any undeclared guest in the reservation. Also these people will automatically be vacated for trespassing, and they will be forced to leave.
- Parking: Kindly park only in designated areas. Please note that management is not responsible for any loss, damage, or penalties incurred while vehicles are on the premises.
- Smoking: Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the house. Any violations will result in a $500 charge.
- Damages: Any damages to the property will be charged to the guest.
- Pets: We happily welcome up to two dogs at our home with prior approval and an added pet fee of $10 per pet per night. If you're bringing a pet, please remember to clean up after them. While we love pets, we recommend taking them with you on outings—there are many dog-friendly activities to explore. If you need to leave them alone, please ensure they are crated for their safety and comfort.
To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that pets refrain from sleeping on the beds or couches, especially considering future guests who may have allergies. There will be an additional pet cleaning fee of $300.
- Security: If we have to dispatch security for any reason to your rental, there will be a $200 charge that will be charged to the guest. If security is dispatched multiple times then this will be grounds to terminate your reservation along with an additional $100 per time security has to be dispatched after the initial $200 fee.
- Cleaning: Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $300, there will be a $20 fee for unclean dishes.
- Trash: Please place all trash in trash bags, seal them, and dispose them properly.
