This 3 bedroom 3 bath home can comfortably sleep 6 peopleand is one block from Sylvan Beach on Trinity Bay. It is a raised two-story dwelling with huge walk-in closets. It is well appointed with all amenities in house. This home has 2 private balconies and a spacious carport that can fit 4-6 vehicles. Both upstairs bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a full bath in an adjacent hallway. From the back balcony there is a glimpse to the water which is 1 block away. There are front and back porches with seating and a covered patio that runs the entire length of the home. The walls are decorated with original art work by local artists. Fully stocked kitchen, coffee station, spacious island seating. All utilities are included including Fast Wifi, 4 Smart TVs, Washer & Dryer, Beach, parks, biking trails and playground areas are in walking distance including dozens of additional parking spaces for events.
