Situé sur la plage, sur la belle Longboat Key, le Sea Grape Inn est un complexe de caractère offrant toutes les commodités pour une escapade à la plage parfaite.
Entièrement rénové en octobre 2016 - Totalement refait et mise à niveau condo directement sur la plage du golfe du Mexique.
Ce magnifique condo au 2e étage de 2 BD / 2 BA a été entièrement rénové, en pensant à vous. Une cuisine entièrement mise à jour, avec de nouveaux armoires, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, quartz c / t, nouvel évier et robinet. Toutes les commodités de la maison! Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat, canapé-lit et de nouveaux meubles partout. Une véranda moustiquaire hors de la zone de vie bénéficie d'une vue magnifique sur la piscine, le golfe du Mexique, et de magnifiques couchers de soleil - facilement apprécié assis sur de nouveaux sièges à l'extérieur. La suite principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une salle de bains privative entièrement rénovée. La deuxième chambre à coucher a deux lits jumeaux, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain privée entièrement rénovée. Nouveaux planchers de tuiles partout, fraîchement peints, charges de stockage, joliment décorées!
Profitez de la piscine privée chauffée, plage fantastique avec chaise longue gratuite et des tables, et des couchers de soleil spectaculaires tous les jours. Vous aurez la tranquillité d'esprit de savoir que notre gestionnaire des biens sur place est disponible pour vous aider tout au long de votre séjour. Wonderful vacation

The property had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach. Well stocked condominium and nicely decorated. Will definitely return to Sea Grape Inn.

We had a wonderful time and this was the perfect place for a socially distant vacation! Clean unit and the area was private and relaxing.

Loved Sea Grape and Unit 6

Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Near restaurants. Close enough to the action on Anna Maria and Bradenton Beach but better because it was calmer with more space on the beach.

Perfect in Every Way

We had a wonderful time during our stay and were very impressed at the cleanliness, number of amenities, and the close location to the beach. We didn't have a single complaint - it was absoultely perfect in every way! Would love to stay here again!

This is an excellent property and the unit is completely updated, very comfortable, and attractively decorated. We loved our stay here and will definitely return. The property manager is super. Everything is well cared for, the landscaping is lovely, and the atmosphere is great for families.

Beautiful place .. we really felt comfortable & relaxed in #6 although we ran out of toilet paper .. no beach towels .. no washer & dryer Otherwise it was lovely .. great view Would definatrly stay again

Unit #6 - Loved our stay!!

Thank you for the great place to stay! We loved our unit and location on LBK! With only 8 condos, we always felt safe during Covid. It was nice to have a pool and the beach right outside our door. Our unit had all the amenities for inside and outside - much appreciated!! We will be planning a return trip! 😎👍🏻

Paradise!

I hate to leave a review because I don't want anyone else to know about the little piece of paradise we found! The condo was exactly as pictured. The view of the Gulf was great, the pool and beach private and the water in the Gulf looked like it had been chloinated it was so clear! We found great shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Excellent. VERY minor issue is lack of power outlet on both sides of bed and lack of a smarter TV with netlflix etc. overall very excellent.

Beachfront condo with beach view only

This was a recently updated with great appliances and kitchen, reasonable sized balcony, very clean, roomy bathroom in master and large bedrooms. The listing was labeled beachfront which the entire property was but this condo not. Rather it was beach view.

A true gem

This little gem on longboat key holds family history for us. We have not been back since my parents used to winter there in the ‘80’s & ‘90’s. I took my daughter and grand daughters there. It’s still pure magic ❤️

Lovely spot

Perfect place to relax. Beautifully updated condo with gorgeous view of beach. Close to wonderful restaurants, nature parks, and of course the beach is right outside your door. My only complaint (and easy to fix in our opinion) would be new mattresses in both rooms. We played musical beds, trying to find a comfortable spot. No luck. But overall…a delightful trip! Fabulous condo and location

Extremely well stocked kitchen Lovely decor Nice pool and access to private beach with chairs and umbrellas! Only negative was not having a smart TV, so couldn’t watch Netflix or a movie.

SeaGrape Perfect Getaway

I stayed at SeaGrape Inn for a long weekend in November with a small group of friends. Condo unit #6 was absolutely adorable, from the decor to the views, we really enjoyed our stay. Wanda was super nice and accomodating., and the added touch of placing your name on the outside of the unit was completely unexpected and a really nice touch. The beach access from our unit was just a short walk and the view from our enclosed patio served as a nice place to watch the beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunsets. Longboat key is a true gem and I would definitely come back and stay at The Seagrape Inn again.

A one of a kind beachfront Condo! Wonderful!

Really nice location and very nice unit.

We come once a year with our friends from England. Typically we have stayed in Ana Maria but decided to try someplace new this year. I was a bit nervous but turns out this place was perfect.
