We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely ranch! We were traveling 10 hours from Pennsylvania and needed a pet-friendly place at the last minute, and we were so happy to find this one! The house was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, organized, and welcoming. Check-in was super easy, which was especially appreciated after such a long drive.Dustin was an amazing host! He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making sure his guests have a great experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this home. Dustin was very easy to communicate with. Responsive and proactive! The house was immaculate. Lots of space, everything you need and more. Great location. We traveled into downtown Nashville several times - only a 10-minute drive. We also drove to Franklin for a family wedding, which was only 15-20 minutes away. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Dustin’s property. He was very easy to communicate with during our stay. This house is in the 15-30 range to get to music row, Broadway or the Opry. The home is nicely renovated and has a huge covered car port that will cover a full sized truck.The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The beds are very comfy and we slept great.There are TVs in every room and the lower room was a perfect location for the kids to play video games at night. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and save some when you can. I highly recommend this place for families or even two couples looking for a week in Nashville.

This house and the host was fabulous, we truly wish we could bring it back home with us! Everything you needed was there. I messaged him and responded right away. This house was perfect, it was clean and set up nice. The beds were very comfortable and I am a picky person. It was in nice neighborhood and we had 3 small dogs and they loved the yard where they could run and not be on leashes all week. We most definitely will go back! It was 3 of us and you didn’t feel like you were on top of each other. The coffee bar was a great way to start our day every day. They even had some snacks and a bottle of wine on the table when we arrived. Again I can’t say thank you for letting us stay at your home it is beautiful!!
