We had a comfortable stay at this basement apartment. The neighborhood is great and we had no trouble finding on-street parking. Would stay here again!

Jens’ place was a perfect landing pad for us when moving in our daughter at CU. His property is lovely and cool in the hot summer days. We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance.
This was the perfect place to work remotely for a week and hang out with my CU son in the evenings. Clean and quiet with a wonderful host. Easy walking distance to parks and restaurants.

I really enjoyed staying in this unit! The neighborhood is fabulous. The apartment is comfortable and well represented in the app. The owner is easy to reach, responsive and helpful about all things Boulder. I will definitely stay here again!
Great location if you love to hike! Many trails to choose from at nearby Chautauqua Park. Basement apartment stays nice and cool even if the temps are in the 90's. Nice neighborhood also. Host Jens is very welcoming. I highly recommend!

The property was located such that we could walk to Chautauqua, downtown and around the neighborhood. It was cool, quiet and dark in the morning so we slept very well. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and bath.
We travelled to Boulder for concerts at Folsom Field. The location was perfect and very close to University of Colorado campus and Pearl Street. We walked everywhere. Jens, our host, was very welcoming. Highly recommended.
We attended a wedding at Chautauqua Park and easily walked there. Also hiked in the Park. Not far from Pearl Street. Beautiful quiet spot. The place was perfect for our needs. Bed was comfortable. Really enjoyed the little outdoor sitting space. Jens was a very helpful host. Highly recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, well-appointed unit in a charming and quiet West Boulder neighborhood. It was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway and we're already planning our next return! Our host Jens was fantastic - greeting us upon arrival, walking us through the unit and even providing our favorite games Scrabble and Backgammon from the main house. Well done! 5 stars all around!
Thanks to my incredible stay, I have the Boulder buzz and am already planning to come back. Jens was a thoughtful and communicative host and had lots of great suggestions of places to see and good eateries. His guest apartment is very quaint and comfy. It’s close to everything you want to see — the Flat Irons and Pearl Street, to name a few. I enjoyed myself and would come back.

I was in Boulder for a program at CU and stayed for a week in the apartment. It was clean and cozy, great to return to in the evenings to relax. The bed was very comfortable and the furnishings very nice. Easy walk to campus and the Hill, close to Chautauqua park, a short drive or longer walk to Pearl Street. Jens was an excellent host. I recommend!
This was a great place to stay for a short, secluded get-away. It was a close walk to lots of conveniences - coffee, restaurants, hiking and transportation. The apartment had everything I needed and more. It was comfortable, clean and thoroughly enjoyable. It also has a great bed with a high quality mattress and very good pillow (!) an extra that I don’t often see while traveling.

Our host was very generous and gracious. He responded immediately to every question and concern. The property was within walking distance of Chatauqua trails and Pearl Street. I highly recommend this property and owner!
We enjoyed every second we were in Boulder. Jens was a super friendly host who truly cared about our experience at his property. We enjoyed every hike. We enjoyed every meal. The location is perfect for anyone who likes to walk. We were also super impressed with the service of Uber. We never waited more than 5 minutes. We will return to Jens place. Our experience was magical. My wife loves Boulder as a result of our stay. Thank you Jens!
Came to visit our student at Boulder. This is a cute, basement level, 1 bd, 1ba, unit, with its own entrance around the back of the house and little courtyard. Has everything you need for your stay. Owner is very nice. We were able to walk to most destinations but chose a Lyft/Uber to get to Pearl street or to get home in the evenings. It's a short walk to Chautauqua Park or The Hill.
You do have to go down some stairs to get to the unit. Once we learned to leave the little porch light on when we went out it was easy to navigate the stairs at night.
We hope to return and would stay here again.
