Park off the back deck, and Boulder Creek, Eben G Fein Park and major trailheads, out the front door. Decorated with custom Southwestern furnishings, luxury linens and bedding, this gem is perfect for both cosmopolitan, and outdoorsy family alike. Craft a meal in this full outfitted kitchen, or treat yourself to a mini spa in the newly renovated custom full-bath with oversized whirlpool tub(w/adjustable mood lighting). After your tub, wrap yourself in our Turkish robes to lounge next to a bubbling fountain on the Master deck while watching the kids in the garden, or other guests enjoy the six-person hot tub below. Our rustic living room has a wood burning fireplace, bistro dining table, lift top coffee table, eat-in counters or alfresco dining for up to 12 at the farmhouse patio table under solar, pergola lighting. Parking provided for one car in the outer lot.

Wonderful stay at the perfect house. Amenities were perfect for our needs, and the place was like a home away from home. Kitchen had everything one could need, check-in process was seamless, and beds were very comfortable. Location was also ideal - about a 20min walk from Pearl street, the patio hot tub and grill were a wonderful treat, and the hosts were very friendly and communicative. Very fair nightly rate for the stay, and could not recommend this place more highly.

Beautiful, comfortable and overall awesome

This is a charming and beautiful townhome in a great location to CU campus while having the feeling of being in the mountains. The beds are extremely comfortable, the place is very clean, and host owners are very thoughtful and responsive. We had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful location, wish we would have had tubes for Boulder Creek. Recommend securing those, looks like a great tubing river. Awesome upstairs porch and use of space in a perfect location. Cute and cuddly and quiet neighborhood with access to infinite walks.

Wonderful little gem of a place!

This cozy space was just wonderful for myself, my husband, and my two teenage boys. The place itself was so thoughtfully set up that all space was used functionally and beautifully. It was well-stocked for our needs and close to everything (5 min to CU-Boulder, 5 min to Pearl Street Mall, 1 hr to Rocky Mountain National Park). The park less than a block away was wonderful and the neighborhood provided for a good stroll. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Boulder Perfection

Arapahaus is a perfect home base for exploring CU Boulder, the downtown area and the amazing hikes at Flatirons/Chautauqua. It’s literally five minutes from everything. The hosts have made the most of the comfortable 2-story townhouse, including very comfortable beds, outdoor spaces, a brand new hot tub, a well-stocked kitchen, top end expresso machine, and ample phone chargers throughout. Perfect for a family or small group of friends!

In Town for an Annual Football Trip

I can not give this property a high enough rating. I wish I could give this property owner more than 5 stars! They were terrific to work with through the entire booking and check in process. This property is secluded enough you don't feel boxed in by the city, but close enough to everything you can walk easily. If walking isn't your thing, there are plenty of scooters all over town to rent that we just parked right outside the cabin. Evelyn is a great host, and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is exactly they way you had hoped.
