I am from Arkansas and have been an avid boater/fisherman on Beaver Lake for 30 years.
Why they chose this property
This is a new house and my family and I are really loving. Rocky Branch is a very peaceful and beautiful area.
What makes this property unique
The paved access to Rocky Brach Park, easy boat maneuverability, and flat, fenced yard are some of the unique characteristics that I love most about this house. Being so close to the marina, boat ramps, and swimming/fishing access are great.
