Sandy Pants is a spacious home with many private indoor and outdoor areas to retreat to & quick access to other towns & all OBX has to offer. Accommodations are comfortable for up to 15 people!

HELLO There! I moved to the OBX from Ellicott City, MD in 2013. I studied Human Nutrition, Foods & Exercise with an emphasis in Exercise & Health Promotion at Virginia Tech & put that knowledge to work on a daily basis as a Pilates Instructor at the only classical Pilates Studio in the OBX, The Presidio of Pilates! In addition to my education, my love for business & entrepreneurial spirit led me to Hosting! I CoHost multiple spaces in locations throughout the United States and as a Professional Referrer of hosting I take great joy in teaching folks how to start their own business hosting by themselves or with assistance.
