Charming 3-Bedroom Mountain Retreat with Hot Tub & Scenic Views | Pet-Friendly | Near Vail & Beaver Creek

The open-concept living space combines a spacious kitchen and cozy living room, designed for easy socializing and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an induction cooktop, oven, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, perfect for preparing your favorite meals. We provide coffee pods, tea bags and a revolving spice rack. The comfortable living room is ideal for unwinding, complete with ample seating and large windows offering breathtaking views of the golf course and mountain range. We have Sonos sound system and a Samsung Frame tv.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite full bathroom for your privacy and comfort.

The second bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed and a thrundle twin- size bed, making it perfect for 2 people and an infant or young child, providing a peaceful retreat for a good night's rest.

The third bedroom is perfect for families or children, with a set of queen-size bunk beds that comfortably sleep up to four people. This room shares a full bathroom with the second bedroom.

Enjoy a private hot tub just outside the master bedroom, perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing or hiking. The hot tub fits 7 people. The townhouse also has plenty of natural light and lovely views of the surrounding golf course.

The property is just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, making it easy to access local transportation. It’s a 9-minute drive to Vail and a quick 5-minute drive to the entrance of Beaver Creek, so you’re never far from world-class skiing, dining, and shopping.

Whether you’re here for the slopes, the views, or simply to relax, this townhouse offers a perfect retreat for your next vacation. We are a pet-friendly unit, but we kindly ask that you not leave your pet alone during the daytime. If you must, please ensure your dogs do not bark, as we have several neighbors.

We have two parking spaces available and kindly ask that you park in front of the unit to respect our neighbors' parking spaces.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Taking out the trash is optional, but if you'd like, the garbage bin is located at the entrance of the units. The passcode is 1974. Thanks!
Please collect all the dirty plates and cups and place them in the dishwasher. Turn it on before you leave so the cleaning crew doesn’t have to start it. Scrape off any food from the pans.
Please make sure to fully turn off the TV when you're done using it, rather than just leaving it on with the screensaver.

We absolutely loved this condo and had an excellent stay. There was a brief kerfuffle with housekeeping upon arrival but the hosts were beyond apologetic & incredibly responsive, turning what could have been a frustration into a non-issue. Their professionalism and care really stood out.The condo itself is beautiful. The modern updates throughout, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, along with the high-end appliances and open, airy floor plan make the space feel bright, stylish and welcoming. The living room furniture is exceptionally comfortable and was the perfect spot to relax and recharge after full days of skiing, hiking, and exploring.The location truly couldn’t be better. It’s conveniently close to both Beaver Creek Village and Vail Village, making it easy to enjoy the best of the area while still having a peaceful, comfortable place to come home to.Between the gorgeous space, fantastic location, and hosts who genuinely care about their guests’ experience, this condo is a standout & is exactly the kind of place you hope to find on Vrbo. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
