This Flexhome is located in the historic Pabst bottling department and features original Cream City brick and exposed columns and beams. Building amenities include a fitness center, food court, vending machines, theater, and community kitchen with free Starbucks coffee machine.

The space:
HVAC systems are controlled by the building`s management company and settings cannot be adjusted by guests, however the building has central heat and A/C and maintains comfortable levels of each throughout the year.

Because the building is primarily operated as student housing, the living spaces are relatively compact. However, we`ve still made space for two work desks, a dining table, and flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience.

Each bedroom includes a full size bed which is a size smaller than a typical queen size bed but can still comfortably sleep two. Additionally, a full size air mattress is stocked in the closet along with extra bedding.

Location:
- In the heart of the historic brewery district
- 3 blocks to Fiserv Forum down cobblestone streets
- 5 minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University

Parking:
- This listing includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away (the Brewery Parking Structure). Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival
- Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $20/day (and increases during events)
- Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one
- The garage has a vertical clearance of 7`2` which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans

Other things to note:
- Check-in for this listing ends at 9pm CST
- The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a low curb but it does not have a traditional tub
- The community laundry room requires using the Wash mobile app which has a $10 reload minimum. The cost per load for washers and dryers is roughly $2 each
- Trash must be placed in dumpster or trash chute, never left in public areas. Cardboard must be broken down and never placed down trash chute. Minimum charge of $25 per bag/item that isn`t properly disposed of

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests require 24 hour notice and are subject to availability

Requirements:
- Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay $200 refundable security deposit

House rules:
1. Ages 21+ to book.
2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces (250 USD fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement is required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, all bookings on Vrbo, Homeaway, Expedia, or related subsidiaries or affiliates, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
9. Check-in for this listing ends at 9pm CST
