Both charcoal and propane grills are available for the grill master in your life. Restaurants and bars within walking distance (2 blocks). Many offering shuttle services to local events. Exceptionally close to Miller Park (AmFam stadium) and the medical college (Froedtert)(MCW). Minutes from downtown Milwaukee and State Fair. One on-site parking space. Laundromat 2 blocks away.

Born and raised Milwaukee girl. Absolutely love it here. They couldn’t get rid of me-if they tried. The beautiful seasons, the culture, breweries, the summer festivals…all of it. This city has such a great vibe and I love being a part of it.

I’m new to the hosting world. I’ve had long term tenants in the past (duplex), but wanted to change it up a bit. It’s definitely been a change of pace but enjoying every minute of it.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is fantastic. Close to establishments, but quiet. 30 seconds from the freeway, which makes us 5-7 min from virtually everything going on throughout the city. When I say centrally located, I mean it. Just really relaxing but within reach of the Milwaukee happenings.

What makes this property unique

The unit has such a warm, home-like feel to it. Brightly lit with sunshine and natural wood throughout. Very clean, simply and chic. Large outdoor balcony with an extra large fenced in backyard. Excellent place for summer gatherings!
