🤫 Keep it Down: Be kind to neighbors. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.

🚭 $500 charge for indoor smoking; outdoor smoking permitted.

🐾NO PETS ALLOWED

🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs.

🎉 NO parties or large gatherings. Min $500 fine.

🏊‍♂️ Kids under 14 need adult supervision in the pool/backyard.

🧑‍🏫 Any under 18 unable to swim requires an adult watchful eye.

🪲 Please be mindful that this is the South and while we use a professional pest control company, bugs are plentiful down here.

🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.

🏊‍♂️ The pool will be open late April/early May to mid-October, weather permitting



🏊‍♂️ Pool cover: We have a solar cover to help keep the water temp comfortable



❗Avoid using plastic Mini Waste includes but is not limited to confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, as well as pelletized materials like plastics, glass, metals, etc.



📌I respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



📌 The property is equipped with a propane grill. Guests are responsible for re-filling the propane tanks but we will reimburse the cost. Please move the grill out from the shed overhang before using.



📌⚠️ A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!



📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
