Both bedrooms feature plush king-sized beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for everyone. Indulge in a spa-like experience with a large soaking tub in the en-suite bathroom—perfect for a long, relaxing bath.

The second bathroom is located steps from the second bedroom and features a beautiful shower.

Indulge in a variety of coffee brewing methods, whether it be drip, pour-over, or French press. While you are waiting for your coffee to brew, put a record on the turntable and enjoy the tunes.

Step outside and unwind in the hot tub or sauna, perfect for ultimate relaxation. Gather around the fire pit with complimentary firewood and enjoy cozy evenings under the stars. Snow - If it snows more than 3" we have a plowing service that clears the main drive and parking area. They may not always arrive before checkout so shovels are provided in the garage in the rare case you made need to shovel out.

Early/late checkout may be accommodated on a case by case basis for a cleaner coordination fee of $75.

Guests have access to the entire property except for a locked owners closet. Please do not enter the farm land behind the house or the neighbors property to the north beyond the stacked firewood.

If you’re looking for a cozy place to stay, this is the place for you. The house was spotless The kitchen was fully equipped to prepare a meal. Loved the fire pit with an endless supply of wood. We enjoyed the sauna and outdoor hot tub. Lovely screened in porch and scenic view

Amazing house. Well thought out and so many amenities. Our family enjoyed the hot tub and sauna after a day of skiing. We devoured s’mores by the outside fire pit and played endless games inside by the cozy fireplace. The beds were so comfortable and we loved the room darkening shades. It was conveniently located to groceries and gas but was enough off the beaten path to be surrounded by nature. We look forward to coming back soon.

Very kind and helpful host. The home is beautifully done with modern yet cozy decor, accessories, appliances, furnishings, etc. Everything in top condition and super clean. What a pleasure! Loved our stay at Refugio Graziella! The luxurious decor & cozy feel of the house are a hard combo to pull off but this place does it well! Attention to details are top notch and we appreciated the selection of coffee/tea brewing appliances. The hot tub & sauna were so nice to have after long days of kayaking & hiking. The backyard is so welcoming and relaxing. Screened in patio helps keeps the flying pests away. There is ample space in the mudroom off the front entry for any hiking gear, shoes, coats etc. The beds are comfortable and open air closet areas have plenty of hanging space with hooks and some hangers. There’s also a large storage bench in each room. Plan on spending time enjoying the home & its amenities - thank you for a wonderful stay!
