The top blanket in one of the bedrooms was still dirty, it had some type of crust on it. There is no backyard, the patio can hold about 4 chairs and that's about it. We went to use the grill and it was filled with charcoal from others & looked like the grill hasn't been cleaned in a long time. You are right by the road so if you have little ones you've got to make sure to keep them on patio. The "pool" is VERY small think of it more as a bigger hot tub. The game room was a good bonus for the kids. The house is nice and located in a good central spot.

We hope you will raise your star rating as this really hurts our standings. I am sorry you found a dirty blanket, there are many backups in the closets. I have made sure housekeeping has washed them all since your departure. The house is a patio home, and does not describe as having a back yard. Yes, the home sits in a small community and backs up to a street. Our cleaners do not clean the grills as we rely on our guests to clean up after themselves. Cleaning brushes are provided. The community pool is average sized for this small community.

Great location on the bay side, and a short drive or walk to the beach. Beds were comfy, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Was slightly dissapointed with the cleaning, found small crumbs and ants in a few different places in the kitchen/living room. The game room was described as having a pool table originally, but there was not one. After asking about it, they said it had been removed after the pool balls went missing and apologized, and updated the description. Everything else listed in the game room was accurate, and a lot of fun.Overall it was a solid rental, really only brought down by the cleaning before we got there.

Thank you again for staying with us! Yes, during this rainy hot season, ants will find their way inside. This is occurring in many areas here on the coast right now. We have sprayed after you let us know and made sure our cleaners knew to ensure thorough cleaning. We have never had an issue with the cleaning, but if you did, we sure could have sent them back immediately as satisfaction is guaranteed.
