This waterfront property is a private, relaxing oasis with incomparable views of the intracoastal and a 300 ft. expansive sea wall! It is two minutes from many beaches and close to both Fort Lauderdale and South Beach. Additionally, Miami and Fort Lauderdale airports are nearby as well as both Miami and Fort Lauderdale cruise ports. Leave stress behind and feel your pressure drop at once when you experience the property's calming water views and tropical setting. The interior is decorated with comfort in mind and also to be aesthetically pleasing too. We manage our own property, and thus we are hands on throughout every aspect of our property's maintenance and cleaning. Our home is thoroughly cleaned between each guest and we use only 100% cotton sheets of a high thread count. Our standard is to leave our guests extra towels at no charge. We also have baby proofed our home with a perimeter fence around the entire 300 ft. seawall, a baby fence, extra top locks on exit doors, and shortened cords on all window coverings. We provide most baby items at no extra charge. The property is large enough to throw around a foot ball, soccer ball or play on the 1/2 court basket ball hoop in our backyard. We supply all the balls!

We feel it's one of the most beautiful and magnificent properties in the area. You can sit and watch Manatee, Dolphins, Stingrays and Iguanas. Having a second story balcony allows a heightened experience of the majestic views and the magnificent yachts cruising by. We've enjoyed renovating and updating this home with clean and contemporary comfortable finishes. You can feel right at home in this unique getaway. We accept short term or long term rentals and we self manage the property. You will be dealing directly with the owners, not a third party or middle man and will never get charged an additional management fee. The property sleeps 8 people comfortably. It offers a beautiful morning sunrise over the water and a gorgeous orange sunset from the dock. It's location makes it ideal to visit either South Beach/Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale or even Boca Raton/Delray which is just a short drive away. The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful and one can enjoy a lovely morning or evening walk or jog around the neighborhood. Our neighborhood also has a wonderful full sized playground with a full basketball court too.
