Located in the charming private Golden Isles, between Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale. Live an exceptional experience in this 2 story Luxury Home with open living space and a private dock. Enjoy with your family and friends all the accommodations and the gorgeous view on the Intracostal Waterway. A quiet Oasis right by the beach, Gulfstream Casino, Aventura Mall, and restaurants.
The space
5 bedrooms each with private bathroom:

Bedroom 1 - King size bed, TV, 2 walk-in closets, dresser, hangers and has access to pool and Jacuzzi.
Bedroom 2 - King size bed, TV, walk-in closet, dresser and overseeing pool and Intracoastal. Access to second floor terrace.
Bedroom 3 - King size bed, TV, dresser and overseeing pool and Intracoastal. Access to second floor terrace
Bedroom 4 - Queen size bed, hanging rack and build in closet.
Bedroom 5 - Two Twin beds and full closet space.

** Bedrooms 2-5 located on the 2nd floor

Living room 1- Large sectional couch, SmartTV direct access to patio and pool.

Living room 2 - Large Smart TV, Pool table (can be converted into Ping pong table), board games.

Kitchen - Oversized sink. Stocked with dish-ware, cookware, pots and pans. Stocked with spices. Ample cabinetry and plenty of counter space.

Laundry - Located next to the Kitchen, with Washer, Dryer, Cleaning supplies

Outdoor - Beautiful pool and sparkling hut tub with seating for 12, lounge chairs, Egg chair (swing chair), a dining table.

Driveway - Can hold up to 5 cars. Please do not park on the grass!

Please note - information for amenities and Wifi will be sent before check-in. Guests have access to all home and backyard except for any locked doors marked "Private".

Other things to note:

Home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times. Child gate is installed around the pool and body of water in the back. Please make sure gate is closed after use.

We have scheduled lawn care and pool maintenance happening every Thursdays (in the morning normally).

Safety devices installed: Exterior security cameras both at front and back of house.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

All areas of the property are for guest use unless locked and/or designated as Private. Garages is not available for your use.
Please keep levels of A/C at appropriate temperatures. Doors closed while in operation as humidity can cause freezing of units and disfunction.

Amazing Place

We had such an unforgettable stay at Camelia’s waterfront villa in Miami! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa is beyond spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed. It was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location was exceptional and the backyard pool and lounge area were an extreme highlight, with stunning views of the water where we could watch all the gorgeous boats pass by. Camelia is an exceptional host. She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. She could not have been more accommodating and she truly elevated our experience at the home. This booking was truly a gem. Thank you, Camelia, for making our trip so memorable. We can’t wait to return!
