Guest Access:

You have full access to our entire house, our property, and two level dock (the boathouse is not available for guest use). Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner, DV Rentals LKA!

**Additional Information:**

- All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- 12 People Maximum

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Enjoy Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

 - $30 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

 - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
