Spacious home with private hot tub near Mount Snow

Make yourself at home in this phenomenal 6-bedroom/4 bathroom retreat with a private hot tub. With 2 king beds, 4 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds, this gorgeous house is perfect for large groups. Enjoy the superb living room with a 42 inch cable tv and a large fireplace, fast WiFi, a printer, and a washer and dryer. Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer.

This large, modern home provides ample room for extended families to enjoy a private, secluded setting with mountain views 3 miles from Mount Snow and 3 miles from downtown Wilmington, near River Valley Market, Adams Farm and 2 lakes. Ski, sled, skate and snowshoe in winter, hike, bike, golf and swim in summer, and enjoy spectacular fall foliage.

It has a large, two-level deck with a hot tub and gas grill, a small sledding hill next to the house, a private pond, wi-fi, and a cable tv in every room. Our family has been enjoying vacationing here for over 40 years. Our second generation of owners has recently updated the kitchen, bathrooms and other areas of the property.

The entire house and the hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected before every rental. Guests have full, private occupancy. A property manager is available to deal with any problems. Owner can be contacted 24/7.

We have a large, wood-burning fireplace in the living room (and lots of firewood). The dining table seats 12. The modern, well-equipped kitchen has service for 16.

If all guests are singles the maximum capacity is 9. Otherwise, up to 12 guests are permitted. Prior rental references acceptable to the owner are required.

Each bed has a mattress cover, pillows, and a duvet. SHEETS AND TOWLS ARE NOT PROVIDED.

We have a short-term rental permit from the Town of Wilmington, and we have complied with all Vermont safety requirements. We have smoke detectors in every room, a fire alarm system, and every bedroom has a second means of egress.

We had a really great time at this amazing rental. There was plenty of space to hang out by the fireplace, cook in the kitchen, and spacious bedrooms. The outdoor private hot tub was so relaxing. Tom was a great host who had nice detailed instructions and quick to respond. Only minor inconvenience would be that we had to supply our own bed linens and bath towels. I would definitely recommend this rental for your group trip!

My group of 12 friends enjoyed our stay. The hosts were communicative throughout the process. The house was in a good location for skiing at Mt Snow - only about 15 minutes from the base. The house had rustic vibes, which we liked, and was well stocked and provisioned. Instructions were clear. Hot tub was a must have after a long day of skiing and it was clean. We were able to fit 7 cars. Only drawback is that we needed to bring our own towels and sheets but other than that, was a great place. Would stay again.

This house has been in our family for over 40 years. I enjoy using it in all seasons. It is a great place for our family to get together, or just for a quiet, relaxing weekend.

What makes this property unique

We have made the house as comfortable as possible for our extended family. It is fully equipped for up to 16 people to cook, eat, watch tv (in every bedroom), sit by the fireplace and enjoy the hot tub.
It is located equidistant from downtown Wilmington, Mount Snow and Lake Raponda, and just up the hill from River Valley Market. It is 1/4 mile from a Mount Snow shuttle bus stop. Everything we need or want is easily accessible.
