Home was very clean, comfortable, adorably decorated! We appreciated all the comforts from home here for us...especially tv's in all of the bedrooms. Super pet friendly, very safe fenced area too.

Christmas Home-away-from-home

Super cute and comfortable for two of us from up north. We had kids and grandkids in shifts. The hot tub was a hit, as was the upstairs space for kids to split off and play/visit/sleep over. Great beds, linens, huge/wonderful closet (key to hiding Xmas presents and keeping the rest of the space tidy.) we loved it -- would rent again. Convenient location.

Beautiful house

Such a charming house! Very Clean and very well stocked with anything you need. It was a nice and convenient stay dropping our daughter at college and easy traveling with our little dog. Stacey was very responsive on any questions that we had and really thought of everything in the home.

NCSU families

Moving our son into apartment to start his next year at NCSU- great location. We loved the house- 3 bathrooms were wonderful to have and we loved the decor of the house. Worked fabulous for our corgi as well!

Raleigh Get Away

Beautiful house in a great location. Owner was very responsive and great to deal with in all aspects of our stay. The yard was wonderful for our dog to play in. Highly recommend this property for any stay in Raleigh.

Great house for family and friends

Super clean, comfy, cute house, with all the furnishings of home. Great location. This house is in a safe neighborhood, and is beyond adorable inside. Nice yard and hot tub for guests to use. Perfect for families or for a friend’s weekend. Furnishings are current and up to date, with the great architecture of a historic home.

Amazing rental

This was an incredible place to stay. The location to downtown Raleigh was so close, the house was absolutely adorable and the place was stocked. If you are traveling with a dog, the owner of the property made it super convenient to stay there and the fenced in yard was a super added bonus. I would not hesitate to stay here again! My step mom asked if she could buy the place! Thanks for a great rental.

Great for business travel!

In town for the week on business with an employee. After working 10 hour days, it was a great place to stretch out, make dinner, work on my computer and relax before the next work day.

Oasis in Raleigh

A wonderful location near restaurants and NC State! You’ll find the home’s clever design both functional and beautiful with a calming palette and eclectic light fixtures. Loved all the well thought out details. Owner is very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Location

This home is perfect in so many ways! We had lived in Raleigh for many years and knew this home was close to everything but it felt like we were home. It was so cozy! The outside area is very private and the neighborhood has excellent walking trails. We highly recommend this home!

Perfection

What a charming home in an ideal location! My daughter & I spent the weekend during college visits. We ate well, did yoga & orangetheory -all nearby- and enjoyed our downtime at the house. This would be ideal for a girls’ weekend too. I already miss it & want to come back!!!

Cozy, comfortable, beautiful bungalow

We felt right at home in this beautifully-decorated, charming home in the heart of Raleigh! The house is beautifully decorated and so very comfortable, you won't want to leave. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our fur baby, and we felt like we were close to everything - dining, shopping and entertainment. Everything about this house is designed to make it feel like home!!

Gorgeous home in pretty neighborhood

The host, who is also a decorator, has made this very relaxing space and has added many special touches which make it feel like a resort. Nice bathroom toiletries and towels, a Brita for water, throw blankets, etc. The town is fun to walk around and it is easy to get to the college. Highly recommend.

Relaxing gem

We flew in for the weekend to attend a wedding. There were two separate areas to relax inside along with very comfortable bedrooms. The clean crisp white and aqua decor made us feel like we were on vacation while having all we needed to feel at home. The host was responsive & accommodating to our requests. Thanks again!

Beautiful place with quality amenities!

We could not have been more pleased with this gem! The décor is such that it truly feels like a home. The pictures are great but you have to be there to get the full effect of the light streaming in - just lovely. Outdoor space is great. Great location. Hosts were wonderful to work with in every way. My family is so pleased we had the opportunity to enjoy - and I will be back to this VRBO!

Stacey is a great communicator!

From the start Stacey was a great communicator. She was so helpful. The house was fully stocked with cooking supplies. Lots of space. Rooms were spacious.

Great location for bridal shower

I had originally book another location with Stacey however I was notified months ago that I would need to change. This was one of 3 locations suggested. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and flexible space this was the winner I Stacey stayed in touch and went above and beyond to make our day and event a success

Great house

Perfect little house for families and fur babies! We really enjoyed our trip to Raleigh for the USA Baseball NTIS Champions Cup. Our boys loved the loft space. We grilled out one night and loved coffee on the front porch swing in the mornings. The house is very well equipped if you prefer to prepare meals at home vs. going out. Lots of bright natural light. Cozy home away from home! Hoping we can get this place again next year and many years after for the USA baseball trips!

PERFECT

We own a restaurant in Buxton on Hatteras island. We work our tails off most of the year. So we’ve made it an annual trip to go to Raleigh around State Fair time. We have unique taste and found Sunset Hills and thought it would be a cool place to stay. Well we couldn’t of picked a better place to stay! The house and decor are SO unique. We loved it so much we’d buy it if we could! If you like different I would highly recommend staying at Sunset Hills!

NC State Visit

This house was so perfect for our stay when visiting with our daughter who attends NC State. We stayed to support her in her recovery from an accident and this house was perfect for recovering and visiting with her. This house was clean, comfortable, and gorgeous! Stacy, the premier hostess, was above and beyond regarding customer service! Her attention to details and her decorating talents are admirable. We couldn’t get over how easy it was to communicate with her. But another standout was the decor! The attention to detail in making the house feel like a home was spot on. We will definitely stay at her property again when given the opportunity.

TONS OF CHARACTER AND CHARM!

What a super nice cottage in the “heart of the city”! The location of this charming cottage is only minutes away from everything. This lovely bungalow will blow you away when you walk in and see all the small details from the kitchen to the bedrooms. The outdoor play area was perfect for our Vizsla. It gave us a peace of mind knowing the entire property was fenced in so he could run free. Stacy made sure we had what we needed and is extremely nice. She even bought us a new iron/ironing board when we reached out. This is the perfect getaway if you want to be close to the city. We will definitely be renting it again when we return to Raleigh. Thanks again Stacy for making this trip a pleasurable experience!

Cozy Home Away From Home

My husband and I (and our 1 year old puppy) had a wonderful and relaxing stay in Stacy's home while visiting our son who lives in downtown Raleigh. This house was absolutely perfect for us - just as adorable as the pictures show, tons of homey and comfortable touches, and very thoughtfully and practically outfitted. Though situated on a high traffic street, the completely fenced yard gave us privacy and a sense of security with our dog, and road noise was minimal (almost like white noise). The surrounding neighborhood, especially to the north and east, are walkable and beautiful. The location is also perfect, within 5-10 minutes of almost anything you'd want to do in Raleigh, and easy access to the highway. We've rented a lot of homes over many years, and this one was one of the best. For example, a full spice drawer, lots of oils and seasonings in the pantry, plenty of cleaning supplies, aluminum foil, ziploc bags, etc. - all things you hate to have to go and buy when you arrive when you know you won't use much. Stacy really put thought into how people live while on vacation - closets are well organized, lots of hooks for towels, jackets, leashes, etc. We would absolutely stay here again!
