An original Las Vegas native, I bought this building in 1979 and have nurtured it through the years. I recently did a total makeover...inside and out. All new and undated. It is a sanctuary for me. You will see me puttering around making sure all is well.
Why they chose this property
This is one of the original neighborhoods close to downtown Las Vegas. Its surrounded by big trees and homes on Half acre lots. One of the first golf courses is across the street.
What makes this property unique
There is a peaceful privacy...quiet hide away feel when you enter the gate. Its a world away from it all.
