Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1) Please turn off all fans and indoor lights before leaving property. 2) Please take all used towels and drop them in washer machine. 3) Please gather dishes and utensils and leave in sink.
4) Please take recycled trash and discard in Green bin at back porch. 5) Please take regular trash and discard in Grey bin at back porch.
If possible, can you bring grey and green trash bin to front driveway for Monday trash pick up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Outdoor cameras: Driveway, Front entry, sides of house, Backyard. Remains on for safety. Indoor Living room camera is OFF, unplugged, and covered.
Not allowed at all times: - No house parties. - No pets (fur babies). - No smoking, or vaping inside the property. Smoking is allowed Outside Only.

We absolutely loved the place! The pictures do not do it justice. The location was perfect for us. We were close to everywhere we wanted to go. Only 15 mins from Truliant Stadium. Meticulously kept. And we loved the early check in and late check out times. Everything was perfect. Will definitely stay again!

This property was in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to Charlotte and the local community. It is a lovely home, Host responded immediately to any questions or concerns ( which there were really no concerns) we are new to using vrbo/AB&B. The picture are true to the quality of the home. We brought our own chairs to sit outside as to no outside furniture. However usually in Charlotte it is to hot to sit outside anyway lol.The home has every thing you would need to make a meal and even had spices available if needed ( I have never seen that before).Host even provided a crockpot.Food Lion and fast food close by.

The property was very clean and actually much larger than expected. Suzy was a gracious host and her communication was excellent. The neighborhood is quiet and accessible to everything. We enjoyed taking walks in the morning around the block. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the Charlotte area.

The house was immaculately clean. The new carpet is protected by runners which were a tripping hazard for us throughout our visit. Luckily we oftened stumbled but no falls. The windows had a frosted covering for privacy purpose, I assume, but it created a darkness that really took away from the beauty of the home. It was actually necessary to have on lights during the day. Adequately stocked kitchen. Plenty bed sheets and towels, no washcloths... just be prepared. Master bedroom mattress was too firm for my liking, didn't sleep well but may be suitable for most. Overall I would actually stay again if I needed to be in this part of Charlotte. It is a very nice house and definitely more accommodating than a hotel. Check in and out is easy and owner responded promptly when needed. A great choice!

Outstanding Place

That was a great experience. At first, I was nervous about the location. But, when I got there, it was more than I expected. It was a brand new house located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The place was very clean and outstanding to a point that I was like wow..., that was unexpected. When it came to communication, Ms. Suzy the property manager, she went above and beyond to take care of my issues or concerns in a timely manner. Overall, I was more than happy with the place, I was very satisfied staying there. Thank you so much Suzy for your prompt responses and kindness, God bless.
