Nearby metro rail can take you to famed Medical Center in about 10 minutes. Quick 1-hour commute to Galveston Island, making it easy to plan your visit and connect with locals and city culture.

First of all, I love the location. I was walking distance to the theater district, courthouse, and entertainment. It was a short drive to amazing food and cool hangout spots. Secondly, the house was super comfy, had great finishes, and cool features like the patio on the top level.

Great balcony would remove the twin beds upstairs and put a folding queen.
