Sits right on an 8-foot-wide biking and walking path that leads directly to the beach (1.5 miles), Publix shopping plaza, Mackle Park, and the gym (just 0.5 miles away) and a short drive to additional plazas for dining, shopping and activities.

Tom & Gabriela were great hosts! The house was extremely clean and ready to go, meeting our needs for rest and meal times.The neighborhood offers safe walks and bike rides. The beach is minutes away!I definitely recommend this home to stay.

The house was clean and beautiful. We were 3 senior couples with our own bedroom & bathroom. Very nice.It had a pool with great views of the waterways. It was conveniently located on Marcos island near beaches, restaurants, & shops. We hope to stay again soon.

Owner goes to lengths to have the extra things available like bikes, pool floats, spices, blankets. Marco was a great spot - tons to do and good places to eat. Sweet Annie’s ice cream is a must. Farmers market was great. Two car garage was great.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described and the heated pool was absolutely perfect. Tom was a super responsive host answering our questions quickly.Tom left some suggested restaurant recommendations which were spot on. We spent a memorable afternoon at Quinn’s at the JW Marriott watching the football playoffs in the sunshine—a total treat while our friends back home were dealing with snowfall! Bonus - they validated our parking ticket!The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great trip, Tom!"

The house was amazing. We had a wonderful time. Very clean and Tom was a great host. He texted the day of letting us know we could check in early if we wanted. The pool area was fantastic, our son loved swimming and we enjoyed sitting out there. Our last morning there we outside sitting and we saw two dolphins playing in the channel, what a great way to end our trip. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place!!!!

Great vacation spot

We stayed with our adult children. We loved everything about the home. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed the pool area, grilling and eating outside and fishing off the dock. It was just as described, clean and comfortable!

Tom was the perfect host. His communication was perfect and he responded quickly to any questions we had. We had a wonderful stay in this absolutely gorgeous house!!! Great stay in paradise

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks, and our daughters each came for a visit with their husbands and our granddaughter. It is a beautiful home! The layout is great and it is very spacious with a beautiful view of the water from the lanai. There’s plenty to do very close to the home, and lots of great restaurants nearby. It was a terrific escape from the snow and cold back home!

Very nice home in a great location. Quick drive to public beach access. Hosts were very responsive. Home was very clean. We enjoyed the pool and its patio seating in the early morning and evening. Beds and common area seating very comfortable. Thanks so much!

I am from Buffalo NY and Gabriela is from Peru. I have owned and managed rental property for over 40 years and this house over 20.
We take great pride in our properties and work diligently to ensure every guest has the best possible experience on beautiful Marco Island

We chose this neighborhood for the views, the convenience, and the peaceful atmosphere. The home offers serene water views including the lanai overlooking the long canal—perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

Its central location on Marco Island makes everything easy: the beach is just 1.5 miles away, and the home is close to Mackle Park, the YMCA, and the Publix plaza with shops and restaurants. Having lived on Marco Island for years, we’ve learned how valuable it is to be centrally located, with a short drive to additional plazas for dining, shopping, and activities.

The home sits on a corner lot with a long driveway, so parking is never an issue. While the house is located along a main street, the driveway is accessed from a quiet side street.
We enjoy the pleasant, active neighborhood atmosphere, while still having easy and peaceful access in and out of the property.
