*Security Deposit*

A refundable $300 security deposit is required for all reservations. It is collected securely through the platform and will be returned within 7 days of checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.
House Rules

Parties & Events: Hosting parties or events is not permitted unless explicitly approved before your reservation.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside or near the front door. If you need to smoke, please use the courtyard or outside the main gate. Kindly dispose of cigarette butts in a sealed container or bag before placing them in the outdoor garbage receptacle. Removing smoke odors can be difficult for future guests.

Pets: We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property at any time.

Overnight Guests: Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Please ensure all guests are listed in your reservation.

Furnishings & Property Care: Please treat all furnishings and belongings with care and respect to maintain a great experience for all guests.

Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Extra charges may apply for the following, and other reasonable circumstances:
- Smoking inside the unit (including cigarettes, vaping, or any other substances).
- Undisclosed pets or guests staying overnight.
- Damage or missing items from the property.
